【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有平等性、交互性、時(shí)效性、創(chuàng)新性、身份隱蔽性等特點(diǎn),具有信息共享、信息傳達(dá)、信息反饋等多項(xiàng)功能。它的廣泛運(yùn)用極大地推進(jìn)了科技進(jìn)步、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、生活質(zhì)量的提高,對(duì)人們的思維觀念、認(rèn)知形式、信仰信念、社會(huì)態(tài)度和人際心理產(chǎn)生了極大影響。 如何利用高校思想政治教育基本原理和方法,在高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育平臺(tái)大框架已基本形成的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合新形勢(shì)、新特點(diǎn),開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的建設(shè)研究,提高網(wǎng)上思想政治教育的效能,是本文探討的主要問題。 筆者認(rèn)為,當(dāng)今高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育平臺(tái)仍存在一些問題,比如思想政治教育類網(wǎng)站點(diǎn)擊率不高、互動(dòng)性不強(qiáng)、服務(wù)功能弱、資源分散,高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的觀念與體制不適應(yīng)時(shí)代要求,高校德育理論教師參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育力度不夠,網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)建設(shè)和管理隊(duì)伍技術(shù)落后,大學(xué)生對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的需求淡化等,應(yīng)引起高校教育管理者的思考。 筆者根據(jù)目前高校實(shí)際,試圖建立起一套高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育平臺(tái)較為科學(xué)規(guī)范、行之有效的建設(shè)機(jī)制,并提出理想的高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育平臺(tái)的模式,引入新方法、樹立新觀念、取得新效果,切實(shí)為高校大學(xué)生的思想政治教育的理論研究和實(shí)踐操作提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Internet has the characteristics of equality, interactivity, timeliness, innovation, identity concealment and so on. It has many functions, such as information sharing, information transmission, information feedback and so on. Its extensive application has greatly promoted the progress of science and technology, the development of economy and the improvement of quality of life. It has exerted great influence on people's thinking concept, cognitive form, belief, social attitude and interpersonal psychology. How to make use of the basic principles and methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, on the basis that the big frame of network ideological and political education platform in colleges and universities has been basically formed, and combining the new situation and new characteristics, to carry out the research on the construction of network platform. Improving the efficiency of online ideological and political education is the main problem discussed in this paper. The author believes that there are still some problems in the ideological and political education platform of colleges and universities, such as the low click-through rate of ideological and political education websites, weak interaction, weak service function and scattered resources. The concept and system of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities do not meet the requirements of the times, the teachers of moral education theory in colleges and universities are not enough to participate in network education, and the construction of network platform and the technology of management team are backward. The desalination of college students' demand for network ideological and political education should arouse the thinking of university education administrators. According to the reality of colleges and universities at present, the author tries to set up a set of scientific and standardized and effective construction mechanism of ideological and political education platform on network in colleges and universities, and puts forward the ideal mode of network ideological and political education platform in colleges and universities, and introduces new methods. Setting up new ideas and obtaining new results can provide the basis for the theoretical research and practical operation of ideological and political education of college students.
