高等中醫(yī)藥院校學生醫(yī)德教育現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:中醫(yī)藥院校學生作為一名“準醫(yī)生”,是祖國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的接班人,他們的醫(yī)德水平直接關乎祖國醫(yī)療事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。高等中醫(yī)藥院校學生醫(yī)德教育作為中醫(yī)藥教育的首要任務,是傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)“醫(yī)乃仁術”、“大醫(yī)精誠”思想的優(yōu)秀傳承,是弘揚祖國中醫(yī)藥文化的重要方式,是培養(yǎng)醫(yī)學生高尚醫(yī)德、堅定中醫(yī)信念的重要途徑。 本文采用調查分析法和文獻研究法,從分析闡述高等中醫(yī)藥院校學生醫(yī)德教育現(xiàn)狀入手,提出加強醫(yī)德教育的若干對策。文章共分為四部分: 第一部分是相關概念概述,闡述了醫(yī)德與高等中醫(yī)藥院校學生醫(yī)德教育的涵義,,以及高等中醫(yī)藥院校學生醫(yī)德教育的內容。 第二部分認真分析了高等中醫(yī)藥院校學生醫(yī)德教育的現(xiàn)狀。這部分內容結合調查數(shù)據(jù),首先肯定了醫(yī)德教育所取得的成績:一是醫(yī)德教育面臨良好發(fā)展機遇;二是高等中醫(yī)藥院校初步建立了規(guī)范的醫(yī)德教育模式;三是中醫(yī)藥大學生自身醫(yī)德修養(yǎng)的提高。其次又分析了高等中醫(yī)藥院校醫(yī)德教育的不足:一是醫(yī)德教育未受到足夠重視;二是課程體系設置不合理,包括課程時間設置不合理,教育內容單一、滯后,醫(yī)德教育缺乏實踐性;三是教師隊伍從數(shù)量和質量方面需完善。 第三部分分析了高等中醫(yī)藥院校學生醫(yī)德教育存在問題的原因:一是社會因素的影響,包括市場經濟的負面影響和醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制建設的原因;二是中醫(yī)藥院校醫(yī)德教育原因;三是少數(shù)醫(yī)學生放松對自身醫(yī)德修養(yǎng)的原因。 第四部分針對高等中醫(yī)藥院校醫(yī)德教育的不足,提出了進一步加強和改進醫(yī)德教育的措施:一、構建科學合理的中醫(yī)藥院校醫(yī)德教育內容,包括優(yōu)化醫(yī)德教育課程,加強人文素質培養(yǎng)與發(fā)掘傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥學蘊含的德育資源;二、優(yōu)化醫(yī)德教育目標,建立公平合理的考核方式;三、加強醫(yī)德長期教育,提高教育針對性;四、提高教師素質,轉變師生關系;五、創(chuàng)新醫(yī)德教育途徑,包括以案例教學法為切入點,培養(yǎng)醫(yī)學生醫(yī)德思維,注重榜樣教學與儀式教學,以實踐教學為載體培養(yǎng)中醫(yī)藥學生的醫(yī)德情感;六、利用隱性教育資源,培養(yǎng)醫(yī)學生“慎獨”精神。
[Abstract]:As a "would-be doctor", the students of TCM colleges and universities are successors of the medical and health service of the motherland. Their medical ethics level is directly related to the healthy development of the medical service of the motherland. As the primary task of Chinese medicine education, the education of medical ethics of students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine is an important way to carry forward the culture of traditional Chinese medicine. It is an important way to cultivate medical students' noble medical ethics and strengthen the belief of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, by means of investigation and literature research, the present situation of medical ethics education for students in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities is analyzed, and some countermeasures to strengthen medical ethics education are put forward. The article is divided into four parts: the first part is an overview of the relevant concepts, elaborated the meaning of medical ethics and medical ethics education of students in Chinese medicine colleges and universities, as well as the content of medical ethics education of students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine. The second part analyzes the current situation of medical ethics education in Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Based on the investigation data, this part firstly confirms the achievements of medical ethics education: first, medical ethics education faces good opportunities for development; second, Chinese medicine colleges and universities have initially established a standardized medical ethics education model; Third, the improvement of medical ethics of college students. Secondly, it analyzes the deficiency of medical ethics education in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine: first, medical moral education is not paid enough attention to; Second, the curriculum system is unreasonable, including the unreasonable curriculum time, the single content of education, lag, lack of practical medical ethics education; third, teachers need to be improved in terms of quantity and quality. The third part analyzes the causes of the problems in medical ethics education of students in Chinese medicine colleges and universities: first, the influence of social factors, including the negative influence of market economy and the construction of medical and health system, the second, the reasons of medical ethics education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities; Third, the reason why a few medical students relax their own medical ethics. The fourth part aims at the deficiency of medical ethics education in Chinese medicine colleges and universities, and puts forward some measures to further strengthen and improve medical ethics education: first, to construct scientific and reasonable contents of medical ethics education in Chinese medicine colleges and universities, including to optimize the medical ethics education curriculum. Strengthen the cultivation of humanistic quality and explore the moral education resources contained in traditional Chinese medicine; Second, optimize the goal of medical ethics education, establish a fair and reasonable examination method; third, strengthen the long-term education of medical ethics, improve the pertinence of education; fourth, improve the quality of teachers, change the relationship between teachers and students; Fifth, innovating the medical ethics education way, including taking the case teaching method as the breakthrough point, cultivating the medical moral thinking of the medical students, paying attention to the example teaching and the ritual teaching, taking the practice teaching as the carrier to cultivate the traditional Chinese medicine student's medical ethics emotion; Sixth, use recessive educational resources to cultivate the spirit of "being cautious and independent" of medical students.
