【摘要】：就業(yè),關(guān)系著國家發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定,關(guān)系著高校教育的發(fā)展和大學(xué)生自身的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)引起了上至中央政府、下至各級高校甚至普通民眾的重視。自進入新世紀以來,大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題,也已經(jīng)引起了相關(guān)專家學(xué)者的關(guān)注與重視,對大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題的研究也是碩果累累,研究領(lǐng)域涉及到方方面面。本論文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以對相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)分析為切入點,同時結(jié)合大學(xué)生具體求職案例和就業(yè)理論,期望能從研究角度和研究方法上尋得新的突破,并為相關(guān)研究提供些建設(shè)性意見；同時也希望本研究能對大學(xué)生就業(yè)難這一社會熱點問題的解決有所啟示,從實踐層面為解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題有所貢獻。 本論文共分為三部分： 第一部分：大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的理論分析。本部分內(nèi)容主要包括大學(xué)生就業(yè)的概念、類型及特點和大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的幾種理論等方面,重在從整體上對大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題進行說明。本部分研究主要是對大學(xué)生就業(yè)的相關(guān)信息進行梳理,為下面章節(jié)的研究做好鋪墊。 第二部分：我國大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的現(xiàn)狀分析。本部分主要是對大學(xué)生一次就業(yè)率、大學(xué)生就業(yè)的相對穩(wěn)定性和大學(xué)生就業(yè)的廣義對口性進行分析,并對其成因進行深入探討,從三個方面進行解釋：一、學(xué)生擇業(yè)意愿與市場需求的反差；二、學(xué)生就業(yè)能力與崗位要求的距離；三、學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力與創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境的矛盾。本部分還結(jié)合具體的大學(xué)生求職案例,用實例作為證據(jù),對大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題進行反思。 第三部分：破解我國大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題的對策探討。本部分內(nèi)容針對大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題的成因,提出三點解決策略：第一,加強就業(yè)指導(dǎo),降低學(xué)生擇業(yè)反差；第二,改進大學(xué)教育,提升學(xué)生就業(yè)能力；第三,優(yōu)化社會環(huán)境,促進學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。在探討大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題的同時,對社會發(fā)展、高校發(fā)展和大學(xué)生自身發(fā)展三方面也提出了相應(yīng)的要求。
[Abstract]:Employment, related to national development and social stability, is related to the development of higher education and the development of college students themselves, has caused the attention of the central government, universities and even ordinary people at all levels. Since entering the new century, the employment problem of college students has attracted the attention and attention of the relevant experts and scholars. The research on the employment difficulties of college students is also fruitful, and the research field involves all aspects. On the basis of previous studies, this paper takes the analysis of relevant data as the starting point, and combines with the specific cases and employment theory of college students, hoping to find a new breakthrough from the perspective of research and research methods. And provide some constructive suggestions for the relevant research; At the same time, it is hoped that this study can enlighten the solution of the social hot issue of college students' employment difficulty, and contribute to solving the problem of college students' employment difficulty from the practical level. This thesis is divided into three parts: the first part: the theoretical analysis of employment difficulties of college students. This part mainly includes the concept, types and characteristics of college students' employment, and several theories of college students' employment difficulties, focusing on explaining the employment problems of college students as a whole. This part of the study is to comb the relevant information of college students employment, for the study of the following chapters. The second part: the present situation analysis of employment difficulty of college students in our country. This part mainly analyzes the primary employment rate of college students, the relative stability of college students' employment and the generalized counterpart of college students' employment, and deeply discusses its causes, and explains it from three aspects: first, The contrast between students' willingness to choose a job and market demand; Second, the distance between students' employment ability and post requirements, and third, the contradiction between students' entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial environment. This part also combines the concrete university student job-seeking case, uses the example as the evidence, carries on the reflection to the university student employment difficulty question. The third part: the countermeasures to solve the employment problem of college students in China. This part aims at the causes of the difficult employment problem of college students, and puts forward three strategies: first, to strengthen employment guidance, to reduce the contrast between students' choice of employment, secondly, to improve college education and enhance students' employability. Third, optimize the social environment and promote students to start their own businesses. At the same time, it puts forward the corresponding requirements for the development of society, the development of colleges and universities and the development of college students themselves.
