【摘要】：美國(guó)國(guó)家科學(xué)委員會(huì)2010年發(fā)布了《培養(yǎng)下一代科學(xué)、技術(shù)、工程和數(shù)學(xué)(STEM)杰出創(chuàng)新人才》的研究報(bào)告,并對(duì)科技領(lǐng)域杰出創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行改革。改革的動(dòng)因源于美國(guó)各界認(rèn)為STEM科技領(lǐng)域杰出創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀,難以滿足民主化社會(huì)對(duì)杰出人才的需求。以研究為基礎(chǔ)和保障的改革計(jì)劃的主要內(nèi)容包括:為杰出創(chuàng)新人才提供卓越的機(jī)會(huì),廣泛撒網(wǎng)的人才選拔策略,以及營(yíng)造有利于人才成長(zhǎng)的生態(tài)化支持系統(tǒng)。該報(bào)告的內(nèi)容和改革計(jì)劃為我國(guó)構(gòu)建有效的科技杰出人才培養(yǎng)體系提供了一定借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the National Science Commission of the United States published a research report on "training the next generation of (STEM) outstanding innovative talents in science, technology, engineering and mathematics", and reformed the training model of outstanding innovative talents in the field of science and technology. The motivation of the reform comes from the view of all circles in the United States that the cultivation of outstanding innovative talents in the field of STEM technology is not optimistic, and it is difficult to meet the needs of outstanding talents in a democratic society. The main contents of the reform plan based on research and security include: providing excellent opportunities for outstanding innovative talents, extensive selection strategy of talents, and creating ecological support system conducive to the growth of talents. The contents of the report and the reform plan provide some reference for our country to build an effective scientific and technological talents training system.
