人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)視域下的地方大學(xué)思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)是教育的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和歸宿,大學(xué)的一切培養(yǎng)活動(dòng)都圍繞人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)展開。大學(xué)有著學(xué)科門類、培養(yǎng)層次、地域性的差異,因此其人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)也是有具有上述“三重差異”的,但是無(wú)論何種類型的大學(xué),其人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)都蘊(yùn)含著“德”與“才”兩個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。從大學(xué)的辦學(xué)理念來(lái)講,人才培養(yǎng)是大學(xué)的第一功能,一切都應(yīng)以大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)、成才為中心,強(qiáng)調(diào)先成人后成才。大學(xué)的人才的培養(yǎng)只有充分結(jié)合大學(xué)自身的實(shí)際情況,才能在當(dāng)前的多元環(huán)境中體現(xiàn)出針對(duì)性和時(shí)效性。地方性大學(xué)是為適應(yīng)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要而產(chǎn)生的,具有“地方投資、地方管理、辦在地方、服務(wù)地方”的四大辦學(xué)特點(diǎn),為當(dāng)?shù)貐^(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)、管理、服務(wù)培養(yǎng)大批“下得去、留得住、用得上“的高級(jí)應(yīng)用型人才。因此,地方性大學(xué)的人才培養(yǎng)工作應(yīng)該在培養(yǎng)高級(jí)應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)下展開。 思想政治工作是經(jīng)濟(jì)工作和其他一切工作的生命線,思想政治教育應(yīng)該體現(xiàn)時(shí)代性,富于創(chuàng)造性。地方性大學(xué)想要提高德育工作的成效,就必須探索思想政治教育的思路和方法,對(duì)思想政治教育方法進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新。地方性大學(xué)以培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才為主,應(yīng)用型人才是大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)中的一種規(guī)格,其思想政治教育工作既要遵從大學(xué)思想政治教育工作的基本原則和方法,也要針對(duì)應(yīng)用型人才的特點(diǎn),探索思想政治教育新的途徑,創(chuàng)新思想政治教育新的方法,提高思想政治教育的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。在多元文化交融的今天,,地方性大學(xué)的思想政治教育工作要堅(jiān)持馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),借鑒哈貝馬斯的“交往行為理論”,以“交往”的視角重新論釋思想政治教育,以“交往”理念創(chuàng)新思想政治教育,以“交往”的思維解析當(dāng)前思想政治教育的境遇,開創(chuàng)思想政治教育的新境界。 總之,本文以人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)視域下的地方性大學(xué)思想政治教育方法研究為切入點(diǎn),梳理了人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和思想政治教育的關(guān)系,分析了當(dāng)前地方性大學(xué)思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀并提出了對(duì)策,力圖探索思想政治教育研究的新的視角,文中指出地方性大學(xué)的思想政治教育方法要針對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的“三重差異”而有所區(qū)別,要在堅(jiān)持馬克思主義理論一元指導(dǎo)的前提下,借鑒哈貝馬斯的“交往行為理論”,進(jìn)行思想政治教育方法創(chuàng)新,從思想政治教育的教育者、受教育者、環(huán)境和方法的四個(gè)方面的進(jìn)行深入分析,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)用型人才“知識(shí)、能力、素質(zhì)”的全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)人盡其才,使教育資源得到充分利用,實(shí)現(xiàn)地方性大學(xué)思想政治教育工作的多維轉(zhuǎn)向,使思想政治教育工作更加符合地方性大學(xué)的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),增強(qiáng)地方性大學(xué)思想政治教育的針對(duì)性和時(shí)效性,開拓了地方性大學(xué)思想政治教育的新思路,拓展了地方性大學(xué)思想政治教育的新視域,開辟了地方性大學(xué)思想政治教育的新途徑。
[Abstract]:The goal of talent training is the starting point and destination of education. Universities have a variety of disciplines, levels of training, regional differences, so their talent training goals also have the above-mentioned "triple differences", but no matter what type of university, The goal of talent training contains two aspects of virtue and talent. In terms of the idea of running a university, the cultivation of talents is the first function of the university. Only by fully combining the actual situation of the university, the cultivation of talents in universities can reflect the pertinence and timeliness in the current pluralistic environment. Local universities are produced to meet the needs of local economic and social development. They have the characteristics of "local investment, local management, running in local areas and serving local areas". Service training a large number of "go, stay, can use" high-level application talent. Therefore, the cultivation of talents in local universities should be carried out under the goal of cultivating advanced applied talents. Ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and all other work. Ideological and political education should reflect the times and be full of creativity. In order to improve the effect of moral education, local universities must explore the ideas and methods of ideological and political education and innovate the methods of ideological and political education. Local universities mainly train applied talents, and applied talents are a kind of specification in the cultivation of university talents. The ideological and political education of local universities should conform to the basic principles and methods of the ideological and political education in universities. In accordance with the characteristics of applied talents, we should explore new ways of ideological and political education, innovate new methods of ideological and political education, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education. In today's multicultural integration, the ideological and political education of local universities should adhere to Marxist theory, draw lessons from Habermas's theory of communicative behavior, and reinterpret ideological and political education from the perspective of "communication". To innovate the ideological and political education with the idea of "communication", to analyze the current situation of the ideological and political education by the thinking of "communication", and to create a new realm of ideological and political education. In a word, this paper combs the relationship between talent training goal and ideological and political education, taking the research of ideological and political education methods in local universities under the perspective of talent training goal as the starting point. This paper analyzes on the present situation of ideological and political education in local universities and puts forward some countermeasures in order to explore a new angle of view for the study of ideological and political education. This paper points out that the methods of ideological and political education in local universities should be different according to the "triple differences" in the goal of talent training, and on the premise of adhering to the univariate guidance of Marxist theory, Habermas should learn from Habermas's theory of communicative behavior. In order to realize the comprehensive and coordinated development of applied talents'"knowledge, ability and quality", the method of ideological and political education should be innovated and analyzed from four aspects: educator, educatee, environment and method of ideological and political education. It is beneficial to realize the full utilization of educational resources, realize the multi-dimensional turn of ideological and political education work in local universities, and make ideological and political education work more in line with the talent training goals of local universities. Strengthening the pertinence and timeliness of ideological and political education in local universities, opening up new ideas of ideological and political education in local universities, and expanding the new horizons of ideological and political education in local universities. It has opened up a new way of ideological and political education in local universities.
