【摘要】：大學(xué)生就業(yè)已經(jīng)成世界性的問(wèn)題，這不僅是我國(guó)所面臨的難題，世界各國(guó)都存在不同程度的大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題。在我國(guó)，隨著大學(xué)生市場(chǎng)化就業(yè)體制改革和高校招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，大學(xué)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)峻，如何發(fā)展和完善大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系，為幫助大學(xué)生就業(yè)提供指導(dǎo)和服務(wù)，越來(lái)越受到社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。 針對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問(wèn)題，中美兩國(guó)都建有不同水平的大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系，盡管兩國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各個(gè)方面有所不同，但是在大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的目標(biāo)、主體、內(nèi)容等方面還是有很多相似之處。政府、高校、用人單位、中介組織和大學(xué)生共同構(gòu)成了兩國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的主體，以促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè)為目的，各主體相互補(bǔ)充、合作發(fā)展，形成了以法律政策法規(guī)服務(wù)、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)服務(wù)、就業(yè)信息服務(wù)和創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)服務(wù)等為主要內(nèi)容的綜合性就業(yè)服務(wù)體系。但是相比之下，美國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系起步早，發(fā)展較為成熟，各主體的協(xié)作方式更為密切和靈活，是以“政府引導(dǎo)，社會(huì)廣泛參與”為主要特點(diǎn)的立體化服務(wù)體系，這對(duì)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和完善我國(guó)的大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系具有深刻的借鑒意義。 本文基于系統(tǒng)方法論，運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究和比較研究方法，從中美大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的主體和內(nèi)容兩個(gè)維度對(duì)其展開(kāi)比較分析，挖掘其中的差異。為深入探索產(chǎn)生差異的原因，本文運(yùn)用歷史研究方法，結(jié)合兩國(guó)體系形成發(fā)展過(guò)程中各種經(jīng)濟(jì)哲學(xué)思潮和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)改革的影響進(jìn)一步分析，形成對(duì)兩國(guó)體系發(fā)展歷程的理性認(rèn)識(shí)，得到兩者發(fā)展趨勢(shì)趨同的結(jié)論。在此基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)而借鑒美國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的有益做法，，對(duì)不斷完善我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In our country, with the reform of college students' market-oriented employment system and the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the employment situation of college students is becoming increasingly grim. How to develop and improve the employment service system for college students to provide guidance and services for helping them obtain employment? More and more attention has been paid by the society. In view of the difficult problem of college students' employment, China and the United States have established different levels of employment service system for college students. Although the two countries have different political, economic, cultural and other aspects, the goal and the main body of the construction of the employment service system for college students are different. There are still many similarities in content and other aspects. The government, colleges and universities, employing units, intermediary organizations and college students jointly constitute the main body of the employment service system for college students in the two countries, with the aim of promoting the employment of college students, the main bodies complement each other and cooperate to develop, thus forming the service of laws and regulations. Employment guidance Service, Employment Information Service and Entrepreneurial guidance Service are the main contents of the comprehensive employment service system. However, in contrast, the employment service system of American college students starts early, develops more mature, and the cooperation mode of various subjects is closer and more flexible. It is a three-dimensional service system characterized by "government guidance and extensive social participation". It is of great significance to further develop and perfect the employment service system of college students in China. Based on the systematic methodology, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the employment service system of college students in China and the United States from the two dimensions of the main body and the content, using the methods of literature research and comparative study, and excavates the differences among them. In order to explore the causes of the differences, this paper further analyzes the influence of various economic philosophy thoughts and economic and social reforms in the process of the formation and development of the two countries' systems by using historical research methods. Forming a rational understanding of the development process of the two countries, and getting the conclusion that the development trend of the two countries converges. On this basis, and then draw lessons from the useful practices of the employment service system of American college students, put forward the relevant suggestions to improve the employment service system of college students in our country.
