【摘要】：本文從教育與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的關(guān)系出發(fā)，結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前實際情況，認(rèn)為高等教育走向農(nóng)村是促進(jìn)我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的根本動力。在我國盡管第一產(chǎn)業(yè)比重明顯高于其他相同收入水平的國家,但農(nóng)業(yè)對國民經(jīng)濟增長的作用在逐漸下降。我國農(nóng)業(yè)主要采取粗放型的經(jīng)營方式,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品科技含量低,農(nóng)業(yè)科技開發(fā)少,農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息的傳播不通暢,技術(shù)進(jìn)步對農(nóng)業(yè)的支持非常乏力。 高等教育要想取得長足發(fā)展，，就要緊跟時代發(fā)展的腳步。優(yōu)先發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟，解決我國三農(nóng)問題將是我國一段時期內(nèi)的工作重點，因此高校應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住機會走向農(nóng)村，將新科學(xué)技帶到農(nóng)村，并提高農(nóng)民掌握和運用新科技的能力，在促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的同時也為自己開拓了新的發(fā)展空間。發(fā)展地市高等學(xué)校是國家教育資源重組、現(xiàn)有教育資源由上而下擴散的趨勢和結(jié)果，也是高等教育多樣化發(fā)展，改善高等教育布局結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略之一。 本文首先介紹了論文的選題背景、現(xiàn)實意義、國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和研究現(xiàn)狀；其次分析了我國高等教育服務(wù)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展歷程；然后對高等教育在服務(wù)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟過程中遇到的各種困難進(jìn)行了深入分析研究；最后，本文從政府、高校、社會以及農(nóng)民自身多個層面提出了解決高等教育服務(wù)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中所遇到問題的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Starting from the relationship between education and rural economic development and combining the current situation of our country, this paper holds that higher education to the countryside is the fundamental motive force to promote the development of rural economy in our country. Although the proportion of primary industry in China is obviously higher than that in other countries with the same income level, the effect of agriculture on national economic growth is decreasing gradually. The agriculture of our country mainly adopts the extensive management way, the agricultural product science and technology content is low, the agricultural science and technology development is few, the agricultural science and technology information dissemination is not smooth, the technical progress is very weak to the agriculture support. If higher education wants to make great progress, it is necessary to keep pace with the development of the times. To give priority to the development of rural economy and to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers will be the focus of our work for a period of time. Therefore, colleges and universities should seize the opportunity to go to the countryside, bring new science and technology to the countryside, and improve the ability of farmers to master and apply new science and technology. In promoting rural economic development, but also for themselves to open up a new space for development. The development of prefectural colleges and universities is the trend and result of the reorganization of national educational resources and the diffusion of existing educational resources from top to bottom. It is also one of the development strategies for the diversified development of higher education and the improvement of the layout structure of higher education. This paper first introduces the background, realistic significance, related theories and research status of the thesis, and then analyzes the development process of the higher education serving the rural economy in China. Then, the paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the difficulties encountered in the process of serving the rural economy in higher education. Finally, this paper analyzes the problems encountered by the government, universities and colleges. The society and farmers themselves put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems encountered in the process of higher education serving rural economic development.
