【摘要】：蒙古國高等教育是蒙古國教育體系的核心，對蒙古國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會變革產(chǎn)生了極其重要的影響。深入系統(tǒng)地研究蒙古國高等教育發(fā)展進(jìn)程，總結(jié)該國高等教育發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，對于完善現(xiàn)代高等教育理論，加快蒙古國的高等教育改革與發(fā)展步伐具有重要的理論意義和重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文包括緒論、四章正文和結(jié)論3部分。在緒論中，簡要介紹了該課題研究的重要意義、研究的思路以及論文的創(chuàng)新之處與不足；在四章正文中簡要介紹蒙古國高等教育發(fā)展的進(jìn)程；在結(jié)論中重點(diǎn)總結(jié)了蒙古國高等教育發(fā)展中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，說明面臨的問題及其對策。 本文章要地梳理了蒙古國教育及高等教育發(fā)展的歷史,進(jìn)而介紹了蒙古國高等教育發(fā)展中形成的蒙古國高等教育主要特點(diǎn)，發(fā)展中的舉措與國際援助。 從20世紀(jì)90年代起，，蒙古開始進(jìn)入由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)向市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的轉(zhuǎn)型期，蒙古的高等教育進(jìn)入一個(gè)改革頻繁而深入的發(fā)展階段，民主化與自由化是歷次改革都延承的幾個(gè)趨勢。經(jīng)過改革，蒙古高等教育界內(nèi)發(fā)生的變化是不容忽視的。本文力求從幾個(gè)方面對這些變化作以總結(jié)、梳理，為蒙古國高等教育發(fā)展方面的學(xué)術(shù)研究與改革提供更多的借鑒。
[Abstract]:Mongolian higher education is the core of Mongolian education system, which has an extremely important influence on Mongolian economic development and social change. Deeply and systematically studying the development process of higher education in Mongolia, summarizing the experiences and lessons of the development of higher education in that country, is of great importance to the improvement of the theory of modern higher education. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to speed up the reform and development of higher education in Mongolia. This paper includes three parts: introduction, four chapters text and conclusion. In the introduction, it briefly introduces the significance of the research, the ideas of the research, the innovations and shortcomings of the thesis, and briefly introduces the process of the development of higher education in Mongolia in the main body of the four chapters. In the conclusion, the author summarizes the experiences and lessons in the development of Mongolian higher education, and explains the problems and countermeasures. This article combs the history of Mongolian education and higher education development, and then introduces the main characteristics of Mongolian higher education, developing measures and international assistance. From the 1990s, Mongolia began to enter the transition period from planned economy system to market economy system, and higher education in Mongolia entered a stage of frequent and in-depth reform. Democratization and liberalization are several trends that have been perpetuated by previous reforms. After the reform, the changes in the field of higher education in Mongolia can not be ignored. This paper tries to summarize these changes from several aspects and to provide more references for academic research and reform in the development of higher education in Mongolia.
