當(dāng)代大學(xué)生理想信念教育的困境及其對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:理想信念是人們追求、向往的目標(biāo),是世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀的集中體現(xiàn),是一個(gè)國(guó)家、民族乃至政黨及個(gè)人生存發(fā)展的精神支柱。理想信念教育是大學(xué)生思想政治教育的核心和靈魂。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生理想信念的主流是積極向上的。但是,由于我國(guó)正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,社會(huì)階層的分化和利益關(guān)系的多樣化帶來(lái)了價(jià)值取向的多元化,加之西方以新自由主義為代表的各類(lèi)意識(shí)形態(tài)、社會(huì)思潮通過(guò)各種途徑傳入我國(guó),使社會(huì)主義的主流意識(shí)形態(tài)受到巨大沖擊,大學(xué)生的思想觀念也在發(fā)生變化,部分大學(xué)生理想信念缺失日益成為一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,探究當(dāng)代大學(xué)生理想信念教育的困境和對(duì)策已是高校思想政治教育亟待解決的重大課題。 本文首先闡釋了理想信念及大學(xué)生理想信念教育的內(nèi)涵、特征和加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生理想信念教育的重要意義,并針對(duì)中北大學(xué)在校大學(xué)生作了理想信念狀況的調(diào)查與分析,,揭示了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生理想信念教育過(guò)程中存在的一系列問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文從大學(xué)生理想信念教育的環(huán)境、理念、方式、內(nèi)容及施教隊(duì)伍等方面較為全面地概括論述了大學(xué)生理想信念教育遭遇的困境,并運(yùn)用思想政治教育學(xué)的有關(guān)理論,探索破解大學(xué)生理想信念教育困境的方法與對(duì)策,即:優(yōu)化教育環(huán)境、更新教育理念、豐富教育內(nèi)容、提升教育隊(duì)伍和創(chuàng)新教育方式。本課題的研究,有助于深化對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生進(jìn)行理想信念教育的實(shí)踐探討,豐富高校思想政治教育理論,提高高校理想信念教育工作水平,從而更好地開(kāi)展大學(xué)生理想信念教育工作。
[Abstract]:Ideal and belief is the goal that people pursue, yearning for, it is the concentrated embodiment of world outlook, outlook on life and values, and it is the spiritual pillar of a country, a nation and even a political party and individual survival and development. Ideal and belief education is the core and soul of college students' ideological and political education. The mainstream of contemporary college students' ideals and beliefs is positive. However, as our country is in the period of social transformation, the differentiation of social strata and the diversification of interest relations have brought about the diversification of value orientation, in addition to the various ideologies represented by neoliberalism in the West. The social trend of thought has been introduced into our country through various channels, which has greatly impacted the mainstream ideology of socialism, and the ideological concepts of college students are also changing. The lack of ideals and beliefs of some college students has increasingly become a serious social problem. Exploring the predicament and countermeasures of the ideal and belief education of contemporary college students is an important subject to be solved urgently in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. This paper first explains the connotation and characteristics of ideal and belief education for college students and the significance of strengthening it, and makes an investigation and analysis of the status quo of ideal and belief in students of Central North University. It reveals a series of problems existing in the process of college students' ideal and belief education. On this basis, this paper discusses the plight of college students' ideal and belief education from the aspects of environment, idea, way, content and teaching team, etc. Using the relevant theories of ideological and political education, this paper explores the methods and countermeasures to solve the dilemma of college students' ideal and belief education, that is, to optimize the educational environment, renew the educational idea, enrich the educational content, promote the educational team and innovate the educational way. The research of this subject is helpful to deepen the practical discussion on the ideal and belief education of contemporary college students, enrich the theory of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and improve the work level of ideal and belief education in colleges and universities.
