大學生班干部“輪流制”研究

【摘要】:在高等學校,大學生班干部是一個十分重要的群體,這一群體的培養(yǎng)和建設不僅有利于班風建設、學風建設、班級凝聚力的提升,而且對于學生干部身心健康、各方面能力的鍛煉有著不可忽視的深遠影響。高校教育的終極目標是培養(yǎng)能適應現代社會、具有良好社會道德和優(yōu)秀職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的人,為實現高校全方位育人的教育目標,亟需合理的班干部任用機制,為大學生提供培養(yǎng)能力的實踐鍛煉機會。在以人為本的教育原則指導下,大學高素質教育就是要為每一個學生創(chuàng)造有助于其生命充分成長的空間,找到一種“以學生發(fā)展為本”的培養(yǎng)制度,并讓這一制度能夠惠及到每一個學生個體,為每一個大學生健康地成長成才提供均等的鍛煉機會。然而,受當今社會能力與分工關系認識的誤區(qū)、高校學校育人與社會用人標準的混淆,“官本位”、拜金主義等社會不良風氣的影響,再加上傳統班干部選拔機制自身的弊端,無論是輔導員任命制還是民主競選制,最終的結果都是使班干部這一實踐鍛煉機會越來越集中在少數大學生身上,大多數大學生得不到平等的展示能力的機會。這不僅容易使班干部自身產生官僚作風、不思進取的消極影響,更不利于大多數大學生的成長成材,嚴重影響著輔導員的管理工作,這是與當今高校應有的教育理念相悖的。為體現教育的公平正義,改革當今大學生班干部任用機制,實施“輪流執(zhí)政、人人鍛煉、共同提高”的班干部任用新模式,是當今高校真正實現“全方位育人”理念的重要途徑之一,也是高校學生工作管理者和思想政治教育工作者的義不容辭的責任和使命。 本文立足現實,放眼未來,通過分析班干部這一崗位機制對大學生實踐鍛煉的積極作用,闡明了班干部這一崗位機制的特殊育人功能。通過審視當今高校傳統的班干部選拔模式,并具體分析這一模式對班干部、普通同學及其輔導員與班級的影響,表明其存在的弊端,找出傳統選拔模式固話的歷史與現實成因,其目的就是找到班干部“輪流制”這一有效的選撥機制,并分別從高校、輔導員和學生層面對這一機制的實施過程進行具體闡述,,預見性地提出了實施過程中可能出現的問題以及應注意的事項,真正體現教育的公正公平,實現每一個大學生身心健康地成長成才的教育目標。
[Abstract]:In colleges and universities, the class cadres of college students are a very important group. The cultivation and construction of this group is not only conducive to the construction of class style, the building of style of study, and the promotion of class cohesion, but also to the physical and mental health of student cadres. All aspects of the ability to exercise can not be ignored the far-reaching impact. The ultimate goal of college education is to train people who can adapt to modern society, have good social morality and excellent professional accomplishment. In order to realize the educational goal of all-round education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to have a reasonable mechanism for appointing class cadres. To provide practical training opportunities for college students to cultivate their abilities. Guided by the principle of people-oriented education, high quality education in universities is to create a space conducive to the full growth of each student's life, and to find a "student-oriented" training system. This system can benefit every individual student and provide equal opportunities for every college student to grow up healthily. However, due to the misunderstanding of the relationship between social ability and division of labor, the confusion between education and social employment standards in colleges and universities, the bad social atmosphere such as "official standard" and money worship, and the disadvantages of the traditional class cadre selection mechanism itself, Whether the appointment system of counselors or the democratic election system, the final result is that the practical exercise opportunities of class cadres are more and more concentrated on a small number of college students, most college students do not have equal opportunities to show their ability. It is not only easy for class cadres to produce bureaucracy and negative influence, but also not conducive to the growth of most college students, and seriously affects the management of counselors, which is contrary to the educational idea that colleges and universities should have today. In order to reflect the fairness and justice of education, to reform the mechanism of appointing class cadres for college students today, and to implement the new mode of appointing class cadres by taking turns, exercising and improving together, It is one of the important ways for colleges and universities to realize the idea of "all-round education", and it is also the unshirkable responsibility and mission of the administrators of student work and ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities. Based on reality and looking forward to the future, this paper analyzes the positive effect of class cadres' post mechanism on college students' practice, and expounds the special educational function of class cadres' post mechanism. By examining the traditional class cadre selection model in colleges and universities, and analyzing the influence of this model on class cadres, ordinary students and their counselors and classes, the author points out its shortcomings, and finds out the historical and realistic causes of the traditional selection mode. The purpose is to find out the effective selection mechanism of class cadres' rotation system, and to elaborate the implementation process of this mechanism from the aspects of universities, counselors and students, respectively. The problems that may appear in the course of implementation and the matters that should be paid attention to are put forward presciently, so as to truly reflect the fairness and fairness of education, and to realize the educational goal of every college student growing up and becoming a talented person in physical and mental health.
