我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才培養(yǎng)的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:全球化隨著21世紀(jì)的深入不斷在各個(gè)方面體現(xiàn)出來(lái),政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、生態(tài)等方面的合作與交流不斷增多,世界各國(guó)都在全球范圍內(nèi)尋求合作。縱觀近十年到二十年全球工業(yè)的發(fā)展,不管是歐美這樣的工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,還是像我國(guó)這樣的工業(yè)尚未發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家,工程人才都是急需的,全球范圍內(nèi)也面臨著工程師短缺這一現(xiàn)實(shí)。高等工程教育作為高等教育的一個(gè)重要分支,其重要性地位不言而喻,我國(guó)作為一個(gè)教育大國(guó),有著得天獨(dú)厚的有利條件,我國(guó)工程人才的培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造了很好條件。為建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家,發(fā)展我國(guó)的高等工程教育,教育部提出了“卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”,旨在培養(yǎng)大量創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才,為此,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才成為我國(guó)工程教育的新的目標(biāo)。 在多年的發(fā)展中,傳統(tǒng)的工程教育的弊端逐漸顯現(xiàn),實(shí)踐教育不足,人文教育薄弱以及創(chuàng)新教育缺乏都影響了我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才的培養(yǎng)。本研究通過(guò)資料的搜集和整理,分析我國(guó)創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,從人才特征出發(fā),厘清思路,分析原因,并借鑒國(guó)外工程教育經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出以下幾點(diǎn)建議:首先,更新教育理念,重視實(shí)踐在工程教育中的重要地位;其次,借鑒國(guó)外工程教育的最新成果---CDIO工程教育模式;第三,改革單一的考核方法,更新教學(xué)方法,推進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研多元化合作;最后,重視青年教師在工程教育中的作用,建立雙師型教師隊(duì)伍。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization in the 21st century, the cooperation and exchange of politics, economy, culture, ecology and so on are increasing, and the countries all over the world are seeking cooperation in the global scope. Throughout the past 10 to 20 years of global industrial development, whether developed countries such as Europe and the United States or undeveloped countries such as China, engineering personnel are urgently needed. There is also a global shortage of engineers. As an important branch of higher education, the importance of higher engineering education is self-evident. As a big country of education, China has unique favorable conditions, and the cultivation of engineering talents in our country has created very good conditions. In order to build an innovative country and develop China's higher engineering education, the Ministry of Education put forward the "Education and training Program for Outstanding Engineers", which aims to train a large number of innovative engineering science and technology talents. Cultivating innovative engineering science and technology talents has become a new goal of engineering education in our country. In the years of development, the disadvantages of the traditional engineering education gradually appear, the lack of practical education, the weak humanities education and the lack of innovative education all affect the cultivation of innovative engineering science and technology talents in our country. Through the collection and collation of the data, this study analyzes the problems in the process of cultivating innovative talents in our country, starting from the characteristics of talents, clarifies the ideas, analyzes the reasons, and draws lessons from the experience of foreign engineering education, and puts forward the following suggestions: first, Renew the educational concept, attach importance to the important position of practice in engineering education; secondly, learn from the latest achievements of foreign engineering education-CDIO engineering education model; third, reform the single assessment method, update the teaching method, Finally, we should attach importance to the role of young teachers in engineering education and establish a team of double-qualified teachers.
