【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的日益加劇以及信息時代的到來，工作領(lǐng)域發(fā)生了重大變化，對勞動者的技術(shù)和知識水平要求越來越高。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)之后，美國在勞動力和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)了許多轉(zhuǎn)折性的困難和挑戰(zhàn)，勞動者必須接受更高水平的教育和培訓(xùn)才能夠適應(yīng)當(dāng)今不斷變化的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢。 社區(qū)學(xué)院是美國高等教育的重要組成部分，它通過開展各種形式的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活動，促進(jìn)了當(dāng)?shù)厝肆Y本的發(fā)展，進(jìn)而推動了整個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)步。本文主要論述了社區(qū)學(xué)院對地區(qū)勞動力的開發(fā)活動進(jìn)而闡述其對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)所產(chǎn)生的影響。 正文的第一部分是美國社區(qū)學(xué)院的發(fā)展，主要從其建立的原因、發(fā)展歷程、職能轉(zhuǎn)變以及歷史使命四個方面進(jìn)行闡述，其中重點內(nèi)容是社區(qū)學(xué)院由教育職能向經(jīng)濟(jì)職能的轉(zhuǎn)變，，這也為本文論述社區(qū)學(xué)院對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分主要寫社區(qū)學(xué)院的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活動，其中重點闡述了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活動中的伙伴關(guān)系。此部分還詳細(xì)論述了社區(qū)學(xué)院的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活動和現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活動，也從側(cè)面表現(xiàn)了社區(qū)學(xué)院職能的轉(zhuǎn)變，更加突出它促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的職能。 第三部分是社區(qū)學(xué)院通過勞動力開發(fā)來影響地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)，重點介紹了校企合作。社區(qū)學(xué)院與當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)開展合作關(guān)系，通過合同培訓(xùn)，創(chuàng)立小企業(yè)中心，培養(yǎng)企業(yè)家的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神等方式來促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 第四部分以案例分析的形式來介紹社區(qū)學(xué)院對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。筆者采用了圣安東尼奧地區(qū)的阿拉莫社區(qū)學(xué)院區(qū)與北美豐田汽車公司合作的案例，介紹了促成合作的原因，影響豐田公司選址過程的關(guān)鍵因素，合作進(jìn)行勞動力開發(fā)的過程以及學(xué)院區(qū)與企業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系。 第五部分是結(jié)語，根據(jù)社區(qū)學(xué)院與豐田公司的合作案例得出一些啟示，伙伴關(guān)系很重要，校企合作進(jìn)行勞動力開發(fā)能夠有效促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。社區(qū)學(xué)院是高等教育的重要組成部分，教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系越來越緊密。
[Abstract]:With the increasing economic globalization and the arrival of the information age, great changes have taken place in the field of work. After entering the 21st century, the United States has faced many turning difficulties and challenges in the field of labor force and economic development. Workers must receive higher education and training in order to adapt to the changing economic situation. Community college is an important part of American higher education. It promotes the development of local human capital through various forms of economic development activities, and then promotes the economic progress of the whole region. This paper mainly discusses the development of regional labor force by community colleges and then expounds its influence on regional economy. The first part of the text is the development of American community colleges, mainly from the establishment of the reasons, development process, functional transformation and historical mission of four aspects, including the focus of community colleges from the educational function to the economic function of the transformation. This also provides a theoretical basis for this paper to discuss the impact of community colleges on regional economy. The second part mainly describes the economic development activities of community colleges, which focuses on the partnership in economic development activities. This part also discusses in detail the traditional economic development activities and the modern economic development activities of the community colleges, and also shows the transformation of the functions of the community colleges from one side to the other, and highlights its function of promoting the economic development. The third part is the community colleges through the development of labor force to affect the regional economy, focusing on the school-enterprise cooperation. Community colleges cooperate with local enterprises to promote the development of local economy through contract training, the establishment of small business centers, and the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit. The fourth part introduces the impact of community colleges on regional economic development in the form of case study. The author adopts the case of cooperation between the Alamo Community College in San Antonio and Toyota Motor Company of North America, and introduces the reasons for the cooperation and the key factors that affect the process of Toyota's location selection. Cooperation in the process of labor development and the relationship between college districts and enterprises and economic development. The fifth part is the conclusion, according to the cooperation case of community college and Toyota, the partnership is very important, the cooperation of school and enterprise can effectively promote the development of regional economy. Community college is an important part of higher education, and the relationship between education and economy is more and more close.
