【摘要】：中國共產(chǎn)黨第十七次全國代表大會(huì)報(bào)告中第一次提出了“建設(shè)生態(tài)文明”，將生態(tài)文明建設(shè)與政治文明建設(shè)、物質(zhì)文明建設(shè)、社會(huì)建設(shè)和文化建設(shè)并列，將生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提升到戰(zhàn)略高度。并且把“建設(shè)生態(tài)文明”作為我國實(shí)現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的新的奮斗目標(biāo)。大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的主力軍，肩負(fù)起建設(shè)社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明的歷史重任。我國的生態(tài)文明教育歷來存在重理論輕實(shí)踐的缺陷，如何在當(dāng)今高校生態(tài)文明教育中用理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐，用實(shí)踐來豐富理論成為高校思想政治教育著亟待解決的問題。面對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想和教育環(huán)境出現(xiàn)的新情況、新問題，如何拓寬大學(xué)生生態(tài)文明教育的思路和內(nèi)容，尋找新途徑、新方法使生態(tài)文明的思想印入大學(xué)生的心中，并能夠內(nèi)化為自覺的環(huán)境保護(hù)行為。使得大學(xué)生對(duì)人、對(duì)社會(huì)、對(duì)自然充滿深深的關(guān)懷是本文研究的方向和重點(diǎn)。 本文總結(jié)出目前高校生態(tài)文明觀教育和大學(xué)生生態(tài)文明素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題，并據(jù)此分析出當(dāng)代大學(xué)生生態(tài)文明觀教育現(xiàn)狀的原因，即重視程度不夠和社會(huì)大環(huán)境不夠良好，對(duì)此進(jìn)行了深入的剖析。針對(duì)這些現(xiàn)狀，，提出了加強(qiáng)高校生態(tài)文明觀教育的有效性原則和路徑選擇：首先，生態(tài)文明時(shí)期的教育必須更新教育觀念，超越工業(yè)文明時(shí)期“工具人”“理性人”的教育目標(biāo)，從生存的角度，以培育“生態(tài)人”為教育目的。其次，高校要加快生態(tài)文明觀教學(xué)課程體系的構(gòu)建，從創(chuàng)新自主教育、創(chuàng)新師資結(jié)構(gòu)、創(chuàng)新教育模式等方面創(chuàng)造性地健全生態(tài)文明教育機(jī)制；認(rèn)真組織大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)我國的生態(tài)法律和法規(guī)，從根本上提高大學(xué)生的生態(tài)保護(hù)意識(shí)；加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生生態(tài)文明觀教育，關(guān)鍵在于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的生態(tài)文明道德觀和責(zé)任觀,責(zé)任意識(shí)是培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生生態(tài)文明觀的精神依托。最后，實(shí)踐是檢驗(yàn)真理的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，只有讓大學(xué)生在實(shí)踐中接受生態(tài)文明教育，提高生態(tài)保護(hù)意識(shí)，才能更好的發(fā)揮其實(shí)效。
[Abstract]:For the first time in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese Communist Party proposed "building ecological civilization," juxtaposing the construction of ecological civilization with the construction of political civilization, material civilization, social construction and cultural construction. The construction of ecological civilization will be promoted to a strategic height. And take the construction of ecological civilization as our country's new goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. As the main force of socialist construction, college students shoulder the historical responsibility of building socialist ecological civilization. The ecological civilization education in our country always has the defect of attaching importance to theory rather than practice. How to guide practice with theory and enrich theory with practice has become an urgent problem in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the face of the new situation and problems in the ideological and educational environment of contemporary college students, how to broaden the ideas and contents of ecological civilization education for college students, find new ways and new methods to make the thought of ecological civilization imprint into the minds of college students, And can internalize into conscious environmental protection behavior. It is the direction and focus of this paper to make college students full of deep concern for people, society and nature. This paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of ecological civilization education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the reasons for the present situation of ecological civilization education of contemporary college students. That is, the degree of attention and social environment is not good enough, in-depth analysis of this. In view of the present situation, this paper puts forward the effective principle and path choice to strengthen the education of ecological civilization in colleges and universities. Firstly, the education in the period of ecological civilization must renew the educational concept. Beyond the educational goal of "tool man" and "rational man" in the period of industrial civilization, the purpose of education is to cultivate "ecological man" from the point of view of survival. Secondly, colleges and universities should speed up the construction of ecological civilization teaching curriculum system, and creatively perfect the ecological civilization education mechanism from the aspects of innovating independent education, innovating the structure of teachers and innovating the educational mode. To seriously organize college students to study the ecological laws and regulations of our country, to fundamentally improve the ecological protection consciousness of college students, and to strengthen the education of ecological civilization of college students, the key lies in cultivating the moral and responsibility view of ecological civilization of college students. The sense of responsibility is the spiritual support of cultivating the ecological civilization view of college students. Finally, practice is the only criterion to test the truth. Only by allowing college students to accept the education of ecological civilization in practice and improve the consciousness of ecological protection, can they play a better role.
