項目管理在高校校園文化建設中的應用研究

【摘要】:本文首先對目前國內外關于項目管理相關理論、校園文化建設相關理論以及項目管理和校園文化建設關系等進行了系統(tǒng)的梳理和分析,為下文的分析及文章的展開奠定理論基礎;其次對高校校園文化建設的現狀進行了分析,并且在現狀分析的基礎上對高校校園文化建設當中存在的問題進行了歸納和總結。緊接著對項目管理在高校校園文化建設當中的應用進行了分析,分別從校園文化建設實施項目管理的必要性、校園文化建設實施項目化管理的可行性、校園文化建設項目化管理的實施、校園文化建設項目化管理應注意的問題以及校園文化建設項目化管理的拓展應用、案例分析等方面進行了詳細的探討,最后做出結論與展望。 通過本文研究和分析,提出以下幾點結論:第一,校園文化建設在學校的發(fā)展中已經上升到戰(zhàn)略地位,然而關于校園文化建設的傳統(tǒng)管理模式已經不能適應新形勢下對校園文化的要求。引入新型的校園文化活動項目管理模式,已經成為迫在眉睫的事情。第二,當前高校校園文化還存在諸如工作安排規(guī)劃不夠、組織與資源配置不合理、人文精神缺失與教育管理觀念滯后、管理水平與素質不高、校園文化建設投入不足等方面的問題。第三,校園文化建設活動與項目管理有很多契合點。高校校園文化建設的項目化管理可以從明確高校文化活動項目、成立高校文化活動項目管理團隊、確定項目化管理程序等方面展開實施。第四,在校園文化建設項目化管理實施的過程中要注意突出文化活動項目的層次性、完善各種項目管理制度、提高項目管理過程的教育性、重視項目管理活動的總結與評價等方面的問題。通過校園文化建設活動的項目化管理,再加上在制度、氛圍方面的保障措施,高校的校園文化建設必將上升一個新的臺階。
[Abstract]:First of all, this paper systematically combs and analyzes the related theories of project management, campus culture construction and the relationship between project management and campus culture construction at home and abroad. It lays a theoretical foundation for the following analysis and the development of the article; secondly, analyzes the current situation of campus culture construction in colleges and universities, and summarizes the existing problems in the construction of campus culture on the basis of the analysis of the current situation. Then it analyzes the application of project management in the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities, respectively from the necessity of implementing project management in the construction of campus culture, and the feasibility of implementing project management in the construction of campus culture. The implementation of the project management of campus culture construction, the problems that should be paid attention to in the project management of campus culture construction, the extension and application of the project management of campus culture construction, the case analysis and so on are discussed in detail. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are made. Through the research and analysis of this paper, the following conclusions are put forward: first, the construction of campus culture has risen to a strategic position in the development of the school. However, the traditional management mode of campus culture construction can not meet the requirements of campus culture under the new situation. The introduction of new campus cultural activities project management model, has become an urgent matter. Second, the current campus culture in colleges and universities still exists such as inadequate work planning, unreasonable organization and resource allocation, lack of humanistic spirit and educational management concept, low management level and quality. Insufficient investment in the construction of campus culture. Third, campus cultural construction activities and project management have many points of convergence. The project management of campus culture construction in colleges and universities can be carried out from the following aspects: defining the cultural activities in colleges and universities, setting up the management team of cultural activities in colleges and universities, and determining the project management procedures. Fourth, in the process of implementing the project management of campus culture construction, we should pay attention to the hierarchy of cultural activities, improve the various project management systems, and improve the educational nature of the project management process. Attach importance to the summary and evaluation of project management activities. Through the project management of campus cultural construction activities and the safeguard measures in system and atmosphere, the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities will rise to a new level.
