【摘要】：作為以培養(yǎng)師范生為己任的高師院校,需要以其獨特的教師文化來潛移默化地陶冶師范生的心靈,讓高師教師文化的影響在師范生以后的教育工作中得以深化和延伸。但高師院校中的教師文化呈現(xiàn)出教師專業(yè)個人主義文化盛行、教師角色認同危機、教師職業(yè)操守淪喪、教師學術(shù)研究異化、教師人文精神缺乏、教師創(chuàng)新意識衰微等諸多病態(tài),扭曲了高師教師的形象。
[Abstract]:As a normal college with the responsibility of cultivating normal students, it is necessary to cultivate the mind of normal students with its unique teacher culture, so that the influence of teachers' culture can be deepened and extended in the education work after normal college students. However, teachers' culture in normal universities is characterized by the prevalence of teachers' professional individualism culture, the crisis of teacher's role identity, the decline of teachers' professional ethics, the alienation of teachers' academic research, the lack of teachers' humanistic spirit, the decline of teachers' innovative consciousness, and so on. Distorted the image of teachers.
