【摘要】：大學生自律能力的培養(yǎng)是發(fā)展素質教育的必然要求,是開展高校政治教育的題中之義,是關系到當代大學生自身發(fā)展的重要問題,特別是在網(wǎng)絡時代的背景下,這一能力的培養(yǎng)就顯得更為重要。本文在分析相關的研究背景的基礎上,對自律能力的國內外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了相應的研究綜述,提出了本文的研究內容和研究問題。在對相關理論進行分析的基礎上,構建了大學生自律能力內容的金字塔模型,并根據(jù)自律的行為過程構建了自律能力培養(yǎng)的機制模型,最后通過對大學生自律現(xiàn)狀的分析,從學校和學生自身提出了相應的培養(yǎng)途徑和方法.
[Abstract]:The cultivation of college students' self-discipline ability is an inevitable requirement for the development of quality-oriented education, the meaning of the political education in colleges and universities, and an important issue related to the development of contemporary college students, especially in the background of the network age. The cultivation of this ability is even more important. Based on the analysis of the related research background, this paper summarizes the current research situation of self-discipline at home and abroad, and puts forward the research contents and problems of this paper. Based on the analysis of relevant theories, this paper constructs the pyramid model of the content of self-discipline ability of college students, and constructs the mechanism model of self-discipline ability cultivation according to the behavior process of self-discipline. Finally, through the analysis of the present situation of self-discipline of college students, This paper puts forward the corresponding ways and methods of training from the school and the students themselves.
