【摘要】：高校班級文化建設是高校工作的重要領域,對于培養(yǎng)大學生的思想品質具有重要意義。高校班級文化是大學生接受思想政治教育的基本組織形式,是提高教學活動質量和培養(yǎng)良好學風的前提條件,也是促進大學生進行自我教育、自我管理和自我發(fā)展的重要載體。高校班級文化以潛移默化的方式發(fā)揮著作用,積極向上的班級文化,不但能對大學生的自身發(fā)展起到引導、熏染和約束的作用,幫助他們形成正確的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀,還能夠對班集體的健康成長以及整個校園文化的建設等產生積極的影響。因此,高校班級文化建設對于學校的學風和教風建設、對于大學生的健康成長具有重要的教育意義和政治意義,是高校思想政治教育領域研究的重要課題和前沿視域。 對于高校班級文化的建設,本文主要從以下幾個方面展開論述：首先對文化、班級文化和高校班級文化等相關概念的研究現狀做了分析和比較,并在此基礎上歸納出高校班級文化的定義,同時還對高校班級文化的特征和功能給予了闡釋。其次,運用調查問卷的方法,概括了我國高校班級文化建設的現狀,也即取得的成績和存在的主要問題,并針對存在的問題進行了細致的原因分析。再次,從高校班級文化建設中的主要問題及產生原因出發(fā),進一步探討了高校班級文化建設應遵循的原則和具體實施路徑。
[Abstract]:The construction of class culture in colleges and universities is an important field in the work of colleges and universities, and it is of great significance to cultivate the ideological quality of college students. Class culture is the basic organizational form for college students to receive ideological and political education. It is a prerequisite for improving the quality of teaching activities and fostering a good style of study. It is also an important carrier for promoting college students to carry out self-education, self-management and self-development. Class culture in colleges and universities plays a role in a subtle way. A positive class culture can not only guide, edify and constrain the development of college students, but also help them to form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. It can also have a positive impact on the healthy growth of the class and the construction of the whole campus culture. Therefore, the construction of class culture in colleges and universities is of great educational and political significance to the construction of school style and teaching style, and to the healthy growth of college students, and is an important subject and frontier field of study in the field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. As to the construction of class culture in colleges and universities, this paper mainly discusses the following aspects: firstly, it analyzes and compares the research status of the related concepts such as culture, class culture and class culture in colleges and universities. On this basis, the author concludes the definition of class culture in colleges and universities, and explains the characteristics and functions of class culture in colleges and universities. Secondly, using the method of questionnaire, this paper generalizes the present situation of class culture construction in colleges and universities in China, that is, the achievements and main problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems in detail. Thirdly, starting from the main problems and causes in the construction of class culture in colleges and universities, this paper further discusses the principles and specific implementation paths of the construction of class culture in colleges and universities.
