【摘要】：伴隨著《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育發(fā)展綱要》的逐步推行，高等教育體制改革的逐步深入，社會(huì)資源參與高校后勤服務(wù)和高校學(xué)分制的廣泛推行，由學(xué)生宿舍這種“細(xì)胞”構(gòu)成的高校學(xué)生社區(qū)體系正成為高校大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、生活、成長(zhǎng)成才的重要場(chǎng)所，，其在對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才、培育社會(huì)主義合格公民方面功能和地位日益凸顯。高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化是在學(xué)生社區(qū)范圍內(nèi)長(zhǎng)期融合積淀下來并被絕大多數(shù)學(xué)生認(rèn)可的生活習(xí)慣和思想觀念。深入推進(jìn)高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)，有利于高校營(yíng)造健康和諧的育人環(huán)境，有利于引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀，有利于培育大學(xué)生良好的人文精神，有利于大學(xué)生養(yǎng)成健康文明生活方式，從而培養(yǎng)符合社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和接班人要求的人才。新形勢(shì)新背景下高校學(xué)生社區(qū)的管理模式是什么，高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化的建設(shè)途徑如何，高校學(xué)生社區(qū)是否能成為融“思想教育、行為指導(dǎo)、生活服務(wù)、文化活動(dòng)”等功能為一體的教育工作陣地，正成為廣大高校學(xué)生工作者亟需面對(duì)的理論與實(shí)踐課題。 論文由四個(gè)部分內(nèi)容組成。第一部分從社區(qū)本身出發(fā)，界定了社區(qū)和高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化的概念，著重論述了高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化的內(nèi)涵和外延，指明了高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的作用。高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)是深化高等教育體制改革的必然要求，是社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。高校社區(qū)文化建設(shè)在促進(jìn)高校大學(xué)生人際交往和社會(huì)互動(dòng)、促進(jìn)個(gè)體社會(huì)化、傳承和發(fā)展高校育人精神和文化、弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義主流文化、培育大學(xué)生歸屬意識(shí)等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。第二部分對(duì)高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化的基本構(gòu)成要素和主要特征進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的闡述；第三部分從高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化沖突與融合的角度出發(fā)，分析了當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)與發(fā)展所面臨的主要問題。這些問題集中體現(xiàn)在對(duì)社區(qū)文化內(nèi)涵的片面理解，社區(qū)資源開發(fā)利用不到位，學(xué)生社區(qū)參與度不足三個(gè)方面；第四部分則較為詳細(xì)地從高校學(xué)生社區(qū)建設(shè)開展的物質(zhì)環(huán)境、高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化的精神價(jià)值、高校學(xué)生社區(qū)組織體制和運(yùn)作機(jī)制三個(gè)層面，提出了新形勢(shì)下加強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生社區(qū)文化建設(shè)的基本思路和主要對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the gradual implementation of the National Medium- and Long-Term Education Development Program and the deepening of the reform of the higher education system, social resources participate in the logistics services of colleges and universities and the extensive implementation of the credit system in colleges and universities. The community system of college students, which is composed of "cells" such as student dormitory, is becoming an important place for college students to study, live and grow into talented people. It is carrying out ideological and political education for college students and cultivating students to grow up and become talents. The function and status of cultivating qualified socialist citizens are becoming increasingly prominent. College students' community culture is a kind of living habits and ideas that have been accumulated and accepted by the vast majority of students in the students' community for a long time. Further promoting the construction of college students' community culture is conducive to the construction of a healthy and harmonious educational environment in colleges and universities, to guiding college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and to fostering the good humanistic spirit of college students. It is beneficial for college students to develop healthy and civilized way of life, thus to train qualified socialist constructors and successors. Under the new situation and new background, what is the management mode of the college student community, how to construct the university student community culture, and whether the university student community can become "ideological education, behavior guidance, life service," The educational work position with the function of "cultural activity" is becoming a theoretical and practical task that the college student workers urgently need to face. The thesis consists of four parts. The first part defines the concept of community and college students' community culture from the community itself, emphatically discusses the connotation and extension of college students' community culture, and points out the function of university students' community culture construction. The construction of college students' community culture is an inevitable requirement for deepening the reform of higher education system and an important link in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. The construction of community culture in colleges and universities promotes the interpersonal communication and social interaction of college students, promotes the socialization of individuals, inherits and develops the spirit and culture of educating people in colleges and universities, and carries forward the mainstream culture of socialism. Cultivating college students'sense of belonging plays an important role. The second part expounds the basic elements and main characteristics of college students' community culture in detail, the third part starts from the angle of the conflict and integration of college students' community culture. This paper analyzes the main problems in the construction and development of college students'community culture. These problems are embodied in the one-sided understanding of the cultural connotation of the community, the lack of development and utilization of community resources and the insufficient participation of students in the community. The spiritual value of college students' community culture, the organization system and operation mechanism of college students' community are three levels, and the basic ideas and main countermeasures to strengthen the construction of college students' community culture under the new situation are put forward.
