【摘要】：作為高校校園文化的一個(gè)非常重要的構(gòu)成部分，，社團(tuán)文化是大學(xué)生校園文化的集中體現(xiàn)，同時(shí)也是大學(xué)生在社會(huì)實(shí)踐之中自覺總結(jié)提煉的結(jié)果。對(duì)于大學(xué)生而言，高校社團(tuán)文化本身又是一種除了課堂教學(xué)之外的無形教育資源。在一定的外部因素的影響之下，這些因素能夠?qū)Υ髮W(xué)生的思想素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)、實(shí)踐能力的鍛煉以及個(gè)性化能力的提升產(chǎn)生非常重要的影響。其中尤為重要的是，大學(xué)生社團(tuán)文化還承載了非常重要的德育功能，具有非常重要的德育價(jià)值，因此大學(xué)社團(tuán)文化也一直被廣大的研究者與實(shí)踐者所重視。在高校的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)之中所形成的各種社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容、社團(tuán)成員活動(dòng)的具體行為都能夠?yàn)榇髮W(xué)社團(tuán)文化的形成以及發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要的作用，而大學(xué)生自身在這個(gè)過程中，又會(huì)反過來受到大學(xué)社團(tuán)文化潛移默化的影響。由此可見，大學(xué)社團(tuán)文化對(duì)于大學(xué)生的能力培養(yǎng)以及德育具有不可替代的作用和非常重要的影響。 本研究采取查閱文獻(xiàn)、調(diào)查問卷、案例訪談及實(shí)證觀察等研究方法，筆者在論文研究方法、學(xué)生社團(tuán)的含義進(jìn)行了自己的歸納闡述，特別是針對(duì)中西方高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)文化及其育人功能提出富有創(chuàng)新而獨(dú)特的見解。本研究還通過結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的歷史演變、建設(shè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及在培育大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的過程中存在的些許問題提出了本文的研究內(nèi)容，主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面： （1）我國高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)與社團(tuán)文化活動(dòng)的研究 （2）我國高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)文化在大學(xué)生成長過程中的作用 （3）安徽省高校社團(tuán)文化現(xiàn)狀及其問題 （4）我國高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)文化建設(shè)的對(duì)策建議
[Abstract]:As a very important component of college campus culture, community culture is the concentrated embodiment of college students' campus culture, and it is also the result of students' consciously summing up and refining in social practice. For college students, university community culture itself is an invisible educational resource besides classroom teaching. Under the influence of certain external factors, these factors can have a very important influence on the cultivation of college students' ideological quality, the training of practical ability and the promotion of individualized ability. Among them, the university student community culture also carries the very important moral education function, has the very important moral education value, therefore the university community culture also has been paid attention to by the masses of researchers and the practitioner all the time. The content of all kinds of community activities formed in the university community activities, the concrete behavior of the community members' activities can play an important role in the formation and development of the university community culture, and the university students themselves in this process, In turn, it will be influenced by the subtle influence of the culture of the university community. It can be seen that the university community culture plays an irreplaceable and very important role in the cultivation of college students' ability and moral education. This research adopts the methods of consulting literature, questionnaire, case interview and empirical observation. The author summarizes and expounds the research method and the meaning of student community. Especially in view of Chinese and western university student community culture and its education function, the author puts forward the innovative and unique view. This study also puts forward the research contents of this paper by combining the historical evolution of college students' associations, the current situation of construction and development, and some problems in the process of cultivating the all-round development of college students. It mainly includes the following aspects: (1) the study of college students' associations and their cultural activities in China (2) the role of college students' community culture in the process of college students' growth (3). The present situation and problems of Community Culture in Anhui Province (4) the Countermeasures and suggestions on the Construction of College students' Community Culture in China
