和諧社會(huì)視域下大學(xué)生德育工作存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】：在十六屆四中全會(huì)上，中央正式提出了“構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)”的要求。在十七大上，中央指出建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)要求，在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨建黨90周年紀(jì)念大會(huì)上，胡錦濤同志再次強(qiáng)調(diào)，要繼續(xù)堅(jiān)定不移推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)。和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)要求建設(shè)者既要具備較高的科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)，還要有較高的思想道德和政治法律素質(zhì)�；诖丝紤]，中央同時(shí)提出了加強(qiáng)德育工作，弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀，在全社會(huì)倡導(dǎo)一種積極向上的文化氛圍，，讓全體社會(huì)成員都接受共同的、基本的道德準(zhǔn)則、認(rèn)同社會(huì)主義和共產(chǎn)主義理想信念，為社會(huì)主義建設(shè)提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的思想道德基礎(chǔ)，引領(lǐng)和激勵(lì)全黨全國(guó)人民為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族復(fù)興而團(tuán)結(jié)奮斗的具體任務(wù)。這就為在新時(shí)期如何更高效地開(kāi)展德育工作提出了新的更高的要求大學(xué)教育以其培養(yǎng)對(duì)象對(duì)于社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的重要作用，體現(xiàn)出高校德育工作在整個(gè)德育工作中的首要地位。事實(shí)上，當(dāng)今中國(guó)正處于改革攻堅(jiān)期和社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期，再加上敵對(duì)勢(shì)力的文化進(jìn)攻，人們的價(jià)值觀念、思維方式和行為方式發(fā)生劇烈變化，一些人社會(huì)主義信念產(chǎn)生了動(dòng)搖，對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系產(chǎn)生懷疑，社會(huì)道德也出現(xiàn)了某種混亂乃至無(wú)序。這些變化都對(duì)大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生了不利影響。不少大學(xué)生的道德觀念和價(jià)值觀念受到了劇烈的沖擊，道德要求開(kāi)始降低，價(jià)值取向出現(xiàn)一定程度混亂，對(duì)社會(huì)主義的前途失去信心，理想設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)于功利化。育人為本，德育為先。加強(qiáng)高校德育工作，培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才勢(shì)在必行。 然而，受各種原因影響，目前高校德育工作在理念、制度設(shè)計(jì)和具體做法等方面都存在許多不足。這些問(wèn)題已經(jīng)并將繼續(xù)影響高校德育工作實(shí)效性的發(fā)揮。所以，在建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的背景下，對(duì)大學(xué)生德育工作進(jìn)行反思和重新厘定不僅對(duì)加強(qiáng)和提升大學(xué)生道德素質(zhì)全面提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量大有裨益，而且對(duì)推進(jìn)高校思想政治教育構(gòu)建和諧校園亦頗多助力。本文正是基于此考慮，試圖在和諧社會(huì)視域下，對(duì)當(dāng)今大學(xué)生德育工作問(wèn)題進(jìn)行相關(guān)的研究。 本文共分五個(gè)部分： 第一部分是前言。主要對(duì)本文的研究背景、意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與方法以及創(chuàng)新作了一些陳述。 第二部分是和諧社會(huì)與大學(xué)生德育概念分析。主要對(duì)和諧社會(huì)與大學(xué)生德育概念進(jìn)行了分析。包括和諧社會(huì)的概念、大學(xué)生德育的概念和大學(xué)生德育與和諧社會(huì)的關(guān)聯(lián)性。 第三部分是大學(xué)生道德現(xiàn)狀及德育存在的問(wèn)題。主要探討了大學(xué)生道德現(xiàn)狀及德育存在的問(wèn)題，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，為全文提供切入點(diǎn)。 第四部分是大學(xué)生德育存在問(wèn)題的原因分析，主要從內(nèi)因與外因角度分析了大學(xué)生德育存在問(wèn)題。內(nèi)因是指大學(xué)生自身的原因。外因包括社會(huì)方面、學(xué)校方面、家庭方面、現(xiàn)代媒體等方面的原因。通過(guò)對(duì)原因的全面分析，為如何提高大學(xué)生德育工作實(shí)效性對(duì)癥下藥。 第五部分是結(jié)合社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)成員尤其是大學(xué)生的各方面要求，再根據(jù)目前大學(xué)生思想道德和政治法律素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況及高校在大學(xué)生德育教育工作中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)，就和諧社會(huì)視域下提高大學(xué)生德育實(shí)效性的對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究，主要從指導(dǎo)思想、德育理念、德育原則、德育路徑等方面進(jìn)行了論述。

These problems have already continued to affect the effectiveness of moral education in Colleges and universities. Therefore, under the background of building a socialist harmonious society, the moral education of College Students is rethought and redefined. It is not only helpful to strengthen and enhance the moral quality of college students, but also to promote the ideological and political education of colleges and universities to build a harmonious campus. This paper is based on this consideration and tries to make a related research on the problem of today's College Students' Moral Education in the view of harmonious society.
