【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟水平的不斷提高與發(fā)展,以及全球化的不斷深入,世界上各大國家與地區(qū)對人才的需求越來越大,而大學(xué)是培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)社會需要的人才的主要基地�，F(xiàn)如今,我國的大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式比較陳舊,尤其是大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力薄弱,不能滿足社會的日益高速發(fā)展,所以,亟需改革人才培養(yǎng)模式,不斷探索與實踐大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement and development of the world economic level and the deepening of globalization, the demand for talents is increasing in all the countries and regions in the world, and universities are the main bases for training talents to meet the needs of the society. Nowadays, the university talents training model in our country is relatively old, especially the weak innovation ability of college students, which can not meet the rapid development of society. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the talent training mode. To explore and practice the innovative ability training of college students.
