從二元組合到三維一體——高校貧困生認(rèn)定的新視角

【摘要】:三維一體,從全新的視角,對(duì)高校貧困生認(rèn)定方式進(jìn)行了有益的探索。它在傳統(tǒng)的政府和高校二元組合認(rèn)定的基礎(chǔ)上,融入新的元素,加強(qiáng)國(guó)家的指導(dǎo)職能,強(qiáng)化政府的主導(dǎo)功能、細(xì)化高校的實(shí)施功能,利用三個(gè)不同的支點(diǎn),組成新的錐體,由點(diǎn)組面,點(diǎn)面結(jié)合,相互補(bǔ)充,力圖構(gòu)建一個(gè)國(guó)家、政府和高校三維的科學(xué)認(rèn)定模式;它擯棄了傳統(tǒng)二元組合認(rèn)定方式因主觀因素帶來的負(fù)面效應(yīng),實(shí)行學(xué)生信息的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、認(rèn)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的科學(xué)化、認(rèn)定人員的專業(yè)化、認(rèn)定制度的規(guī)范化和政策宣傳的廣泛化,以國(guó)家宏觀指導(dǎo)為主體,政府和高校護(hù)衛(wèi)兩翼,形成"一體兩翼五化"的認(rèn)定構(gòu)想,為高校貧困生認(rèn)定工作提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional integration, from a new perspective, a beneficial exploration of the identification of poor college students. On the basis of the traditional dual combination of government and university, it integrates new elements, strengthens the guiding function of the country, strengthens the leading function of the government, refines the implementation function of the university, and makes use of three different fulcrums to form a new cone. It tries to construct a national, government and university three-dimensional scientific identification model, which rejects the negative effects caused by subjective factors and implements the networking of student information, which is based on the combination of dots and facets, and complements each other in an effort to build up a national, governmental and university three-dimensional scientific identification model. The scientific identification standard, the professionalization of the personnel, the standardization of the confirmation system and the wide spread of policy propaganda, with the state macro guidance as the main body, the government and colleges and universities guard the two wings, forming the concept of "one body, two wings, five forms", It provides a new way of thinking for the identification of poor students in colleges and universities.
