【摘要】：當(dāng)前在我國(guó)高等院校中，高校輔導(dǎo)員是大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作和學(xué)生管理工作的最重要的執(zhí)行者。高校輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)素質(zhì)是大學(xué)生在成才的同時(shí)能否成人的關(guān)鍵，直接影響高等學(xué)校學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、文化的快速發(fā)展，對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)素質(zhì)提出了新的要求，只有滿足社會(huì)提出的各項(xiàng)要求才能夠發(fā)揮高校輔導(dǎo)員的育人職能，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)社會(huì)所需的高素質(zhì)人才的目標(biāo)。 本文是圍繞“高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素質(zhì)”為主線，從什么是高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素質(zhì)、為什么要提升高校輔導(dǎo)員素質(zhì)、怎樣提升高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素質(zhì)這三個(gè)問(wèn)題開(kāi)展研究。首先，本文提出了輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素質(zhì)的基本要求；然后，分析當(dāng)前輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素質(zhì)存在的主要問(wèn)題；最后，提出高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素質(zhì)提升的建議措施。本文認(rèn)為，高校輔導(dǎo)員應(yīng)當(dāng)具備良好的身心素質(zhì)、熟練的業(yè)務(wù)技能、嫻熟的應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)事件的技能以及良好的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)。其次，本文研究了高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍專業(yè)素質(zhì)的基本情況。盡管近年來(lái)高校輔導(dǎo)員制度不斷完善，整體素質(zhì)不斷提高，但由于受到輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍年輕化特點(diǎn)的制約、外部環(huán)境、工作繁瑣、工作績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)不夠完善的影響，導(dǎo)致輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍專業(yè)素質(zhì)需要得到進(jìn)一步的提高。再次，本文結(jié)合工作實(shí)際，提出了提高輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍專業(yè)素質(zhì)的若干建議。本文提出，要通過(guò)制定嚴(yán)格的選聘制度、強(qiáng)有力的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、有效地培訓(xùn)體系、健全的評(píng)價(jià)體制等，，才能全面提高輔導(dǎo)員的專業(yè)素質(zhì)。 提升高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素質(zhì)是我國(guó)高等教育中的是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)性工程。本文對(duì)這一課題的研究，立足于中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院印發(fā)的《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要（2010—2020年）》的要求，為提升高校輔導(dǎo)員專業(yè)素質(zhì)建設(shè)和發(fā)展做以初淺探討。
[Abstract]:At present, college counselors are the most important executors of ideological and political education and student management in colleges and universities. The professional quality of college counselors is the key to whether college students can grow up at the same time, which directly affects the quality of college students' cultivation. With the rapid development of social economy, technology and culture, new requirements have been put forward for the professional quality of counselors. In order to achieve the goal of training the high-quality talents needed by the society. This paper focuses on the "professional quality of college counselors", from what is the professional quality of college counselors, why to improve the quality of college counselors, and how to improve the professional quality of college counselors. First of all, this paper puts forward the basic requirements of counselors' professional quality; then, analyzes the main problems existing in the current counselors' professional quality; finally, puts forward some suggestions to improve the professional quality of college counselors. This paper holds that college counselors should have good physical and mental quality, skilled business skills, skillful skills in dealing with emergencies and good knowledge structure. Secondly, this paper studies the basic situation of professional quality of college counselors. Although the system of counselors in colleges and universities has been improved in recent years, the overall quality has been improved, but due to the constraints of young counselors, the external environment, the tedious work, and the imperfect evaluation of job performance, As a result, the professional quality of counselors needs to be further improved. Thirdly, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the professional quality of counselors. This paper puts forward that the professional quality of counselors can be improved by making strict selection and employment system, strong organization and leadership, effective training system and sound evaluation system. Improving the professional quality of college counselors is a systematic project in China's higher education. Based on the requirements of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) issued by the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, this paper makes a preliminary discussion on improving the professional quality construction and development of college counselors.
