【摘要】：科技創(chuàng)新是推動一個國家、一個地區(qū)乃至一個城市發(fā)展的重要動力,也是提升城市核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。高校作為一個重要的科技創(chuàng)新源地,對于建設(shè)全球科技創(chuàng)新中心具有重要的支撐作用。上海作為中國科技創(chuàng)新的主要城市之一,應(yīng)積極發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用,鞏固產(chǎn)學(xué)研聯(lián)盟,充分利用高�？萍紕�(chuàng)新能力和成果,在推進(jìn)科技創(chuàng)新、實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方面走在世界前列,早日實(shí)現(xiàn)建成全球科技創(chuàng)新中心的宏偉夢想。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation is an important driving force to promote the development of a country, a region and even a city, as well as a key link to enhance the core competitiveness of a city. As an important source of scientific and technological innovation, colleges and universities play an important supporting role in the construction of a global scientific and technological innovation center. Shanghai, as one of the major cities in China's scientific and technological innovation, should actively play a leading role, consolidate the industry-university-research alliance, make full use of the scientific and technological innovation capabilities and achievements of colleges and universities, and promote scientific and technological innovation. We are leading the world in the strategy of innovation-driven development and realize the grand dream of establishing a global scientific and technological innovation center at an early date.
