寧神調(diào)息養(yǎng)生術(shù)對膈肌和食管功能的影響
[Abstract]:The technique of tranquilizing spirit and regulating health is based on the theory and method of Chinese traditional technique of calming spirit, regulating breath, collecting gas and carrying out qi. It uses mental activity, breathing exercise and physical exercise as the basic means to adjust the physical state of the practitioner. The purpose of this study was to compare the diaphragm and esophageal function indexes of 10 subjects before and after the exercise of Ningshen regulating their health, in order to give an objective evaluation of the effects of the exercise on the lower esophageal sphincter and its functional groups. It provides a scientific basis for the improvement and popularization of this method. The results show that: (1) the Pdimaxis of abdominal deep breathing can be significantly increased by the exercise of tonifying the spirit and regulating the health, and it is helpful to improve the function of the diaphragm. (2) the exercise of tonifying the mind and regulating the health, It has a significant effect on post-LESRP and post-LESRA of LFSPN CDP in les ventral segment length. These results suggest that this method may be helpful to improve the anti-reflux barrier effect in EGJ area. (3) the exercise of tranquilizing spirit and regulating health can significantly increase EBA and improve the function of distal esophageal clearance. These results suggest that the function of autonomic nervous system may be improved by this method. (4) the exercise of tonifying spirit and regulating health can significantly improve the function of diaphragm and esophagus. These results suggest that this method may be helpful to the treatment and improvement of GERD patients.
