【摘要】：中國特色社會主義法律體系堅持鄧小平理論、三個代表重要思想，貫徹科學發(fā)展觀，運用馬克思主義具體觀點和方法，這是我們研究一切法治思想的重要依據，對于高校法治教育有著重大的指導意義。高校法治教育對于高校學生樹立社會主義法治理念有著直接的指導作用，但是具體的教育成果如何，即高校學生堅定社會主義法治理念的思想深度如何，很大程度上取決于其所處的環(huán)境，因而對高校法治教育環(huán)境的研究應運而生。科學發(fā)展觀對于我國高校法治教育環(huán)境研究也有重要的指導意義�？茖W發(fā)展觀第一要義是發(fā)展，從宏觀的角度來看，高校法治教育需要突破自身束縛，從發(fā)展的角度來看，高校法治教育需要全面、協(xié)調、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此，高校法治教育環(huán)境研究是對高校法治教育的深入發(fā)展，是馬克思中國化進程的重要組成部分，對高校法治教育起著重要作用，具有相當?shù)谋匾耘c現(xiàn)實意義，十分有研究價值。科學發(fā)展觀的根本方法是統(tǒng)籌兼顧，分析高校學生的綜合成長環(huán)境，全面地看待影響高校學生提高其法治素養(yǎng)的綜合環(huán)境因素，可以找出高校法治教育環(huán)境中存在問題的解決方法以及建設良好的高校法治教育環(huán)境的實現(xiàn)途徑。 本文共有七章。首先，關于高校法治教育環(huán)境這個課題的提出。該章節(jié)闡述了關于高校法治教育環(huán)境研究的背景，研究目的意義和可能的創(chuàng)新點。 其次，高校法治教育環(huán)境的構成要素。高校法治教育環(huán)境的構成要素包括高校法治教育校外環(huán)境和高校法治教育校內環(huán)境，并且根據馬克思主義對立統(tǒng)一規(guī)律對各個要素之間的關系進行分析。高校法治教育校外環(huán)境包括社會環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境和政府教育主管部門環(huán)境。高校法治教育校內環(huán)境包括高校法治物質環(huán)境、高校法治制度環(huán)境、高校法治文化環(huán)境、高校法治人員環(huán)境和高校法治網絡環(huán)境。其中，高校法治人員環(huán)境包括行政管理人員、后勤服務人員和教學科研人員等對高校法治教育環(huán)境的影響。 第三，高校法治教育環(huán)境內涵概述。本章分為三個部分，主要包括高校法治教育環(huán)境內涵，高校法治教育環(huán)構成主體和高校法治教育環(huán)境內涵特征。高校法治教育內涵以法治教育內涵和法治教育環(huán)境內涵為基礎，進行分析綜合，得出高校法治教育環(huán)境內涵。高校法治教育環(huán)境內涵特征為整體發(fā)展的動態(tài)性、運動形式的針對性、整體發(fā)展宏觀性和人的發(fā)展的全面性。高校法治教育環(huán)境構成主體為高校法治教育校外環(huán)境主體和高校法治教育校內環(huán)境主體。 第四，高校法治教育環(huán)境實地調查研究。通過在安徽省8所高校的200份問卷調查發(fā)現(xiàn)出一些存在的問題，并對這些存在的問題進行原因分析。 第五，構建我國高校法治教育環(huán)境建立具體措施，包括在全社會加強公民法治意識，完善法律細節(jié)，改善社會風氣，加強社會法治安全；家長要重視法治教育，改變教育方式，建立和諧的家庭氛圍，與高校建立互動機制；高校要擴展法治教育信息來源，重視教育公平，建立高校內部法治教育機制，對法治教育重新定位；政府教育部門要在網站上宣傳法治思想，在中小學開展法治教育，建立靈活的工作運行機制，提高工作人員的法治素養(yǎng)，建立激勵和懲處機制，優(yōu)化高校法治教育環(huán)境這一系列現(xiàn)實途徑。 最后，，得出結論。構建良好的高校法治教育環(huán)境需要全體公民的關注與參與。良好的高校法治教育環(huán)境與社會環(huán)境，家庭環(huán)境，政府教育主管部門環(huán)境和高校環(huán)境密不可分。只有這四個環(huán)境都進行改善，并相互配合，高校法治教育環(huán)境才能發(fā)揮最大作用，實現(xiàn)和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics adheres to Deng Xiaoping Theory , the important thought of " Three Represents " , implements the scientific development view , and applies the concrete ideas and methods of Marxism . It is an important part of our research on the rule of law education in colleges and universities .

There are seven chapters in this paper . First , on the subject of the environment of rule of law education in colleges and universities , this chapter expounds the background of the research on the environment of the rule of law education in colleges and universities , and studies the purpose and possible innovation points .

Secondly , the constituent elements of the rule of law education environment in colleges and universities . The constituent elements of the rule of law education environment in colleges and universities include the campus environment of the rule of law education in colleges and universities , the campus environment of the rule of law education in colleges and universities , and the environment of the rule of law education in colleges and universities including the environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities , the environment of the rule of law system in colleges and universities , the environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities , the environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities and the network environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities .

This chapter is divided into three parts : the connotation of the rule of law education environment in colleges and universities , the educational ring of the rule of law in colleges and universities and the connotation of the legal education environment in colleges and universities . The connotation of the legal education environment in colleges and universities is based on the connotation of the rule of law education and the connotation of the law education environment .

Fourthly , the research on the environment of rule of law education in colleges and universities . Through 200 questionnaires in 8 colleges and universities in Anhui Province , some problems exist , and the causes of these problems are analyzed .

Fifthly , we should set up concrete measures to establish the rule of law education environment in our country , including strengthening the consciousness of citizen ' s rule of law in the whole society , improving the details of the law , improving the social atmosphere and strengthening the security of the rule of law in the society ;
Parents should attach importance to the education of the rule of law , change the mode of education , establish a harmonious family atmosphere , and establish an interactive mechanism with colleges and universities ;
The university should expand the information source of the rule of law education , pay attention to the fairness of education , establish the internal rule of law education mechanism in colleges and universities , and reposition the rule of law education ;
The government education department should promote the idea of the rule of law on the website , carry out the rule of law education in primary and middle schools , establish flexible working mechanism , improve the rule of law accomplishment of the staff , establish incentive and punishment mechanism , and optimize the educational environment of the rule of law in colleges and universities .

Finally , the conclusion is drawn that the construction of a good educational environment for the rule of law in colleges and universities requires the attention and participation of all citizens . Good university rule of law education environment is inseparable from the social environment , the family environment , the environment of the government education department and the environment of the university . Only these four environments are improved , and the university rule of law education environment can play the greatest role in achieving harmonious development .
