【摘要】：大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)是指大學(xué)生以志愿者的身份，為他人和社會(huì)服務(wù)，奉獻(xiàn)愛(ài)心的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。新世紀(jì)以來(lái)，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)及高等教育的快速發(fā)展，大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)迅速發(fā)展，大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)為引領(lǐng)社會(huì)新風(fēng)尚促進(jìn)精神文明建設(shè)發(fā)揮了積極作用，，在學(xué)校及社會(huì)都產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)是大學(xué)生社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的重要組成部分，大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)在為社會(huì)作出貢獻(xiàn)的同時(shí)，也使大學(xué)生自身經(jīng)受了考驗(yàn)和鍛煉，陶冶了思想和情操。全面回顧、總結(jié)大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)發(fā)展的歷程，客觀的分析大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀，加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)育人的研究，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，是目前高校思想政治教育工作者及社會(huì)有關(guān)部門(mén)面臨的一項(xiàng)新的課題。 本文著重探討了以下四個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容：第一部分概述，闡述了相關(guān)概念及我國(guó)大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)的發(fā)展歷程，分析了大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)的特征。第二部分，大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)的功能及內(nèi)容，從志愿者活動(dòng)有利于提高大學(xué)生的思想政治覺(jué)悟、有利于增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)、有利于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力、有利于促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)提高等四個(gè)方面論述了大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)的功能；概括了大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)的主要內(nèi)容，即社會(huì)公益性的志愿服務(wù)、大型活動(dòng)提供志愿服務(wù)、校園學(xué)習(xí)生活志愿服務(wù)、社會(huì)扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)志愿服務(wù)、社區(qū)發(fā)展建設(shè)志愿服務(wù)、環(huán)境保護(hù)方面志愿服務(wù)。第三部分，大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀分析，客觀的分析了大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)在校內(nèi)的影響、對(duì)社會(huì)的影響、及對(duì)自身的影響；分析了大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)存在的主要問(wèn)題及存在問(wèn)題的原因，為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)育人工作，提供了依據(jù)。第四部分，實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)育人最佳效果的構(gòu)想，從自身層面、學(xué)校層面、社會(huì)層面實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生志愿者活動(dòng)育人，進(jìn)行了深入的探索。
[Abstract]:College student volunteer activities are social practice activities in which college students serve others and society as volunteers. Since the new century, with the rapid development of economy, society and higher education and the rapid development of college students' volunteer activities, college students' volunteer activities have played an active role in leading the new social fashion and promoting the construction of spiritual civilization. It has had a positive impact in schools and in society. The volunteer activity of college students is an important part of the social practice of college students. The volunteer activities of college students not only contribute to the society, but also make the students themselves endure the test and exercise, and cultivate their thoughts and sentiments. Comprehensively review, sum up the course of the development of college students' volunteer activities, objectively analyze the current situation of university students' volunteer activities, strengthen the research of college students' volunteer activities' education, further strengthen the leadership of college students' volunteer activities, At present, ideological and political education workers and social departments in colleges and universities are faced with a new subject. This paper focuses on the following four aspects: the first part outlines the related concepts and the development of college students' volunteer activities in China, and analyzes the characteristics of college students' volunteer activities. The second part, the function and content of college students' volunteer activities, from volunteer activities to improve the ideological and political awareness of college students, to enhance the awareness of social responsibility of college students, and to cultivate the social practice ability of college students. This paper discusses the functions of college students' volunteer activities in four aspects, such as promoting the comprehensive quality of college students, and summarizes the main contents of the college students' volunteer activities, that is, the voluntary service of social welfare, and the voluntary service provided by large-scale activities. Voluntary service for campus study and life, voluntary service for social poverty alleviation and development, voluntary service for community development and construction, voluntary service for environmental protection. The third part, the university student volunteer activity present situation analysis, the objective analysis university student volunteer activity in the school influence, the influence to the society, and to oneself influence; This paper analyzes the main problems and the causes of the problems in the volunteer activities of college students, and provides the basis for further strengthening and improving the work of educating people in the volunteer activities of college students. The fourth part, to realize the best effect of college student volunteer activities, from its own level, school level, social level to achieve college student volunteer activities education, in-depth exploration.
