【摘要】：實(shí)習(xí)對(duì)師范生專業(yè)素養(yǎng)與教學(xué)能力的豐富與提高具有重要作用。隨著支教實(shí)習(xí)政策的推廣,支教實(shí)習(xí)逐漸成為師范生教育教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)的主要模式。本研究提出搭建遠(yuǎn)程教育平臺(tái),對(duì)支教師范生進(jìn)行專業(yè)引領(lǐng),并對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程教育引領(lǐng)的內(nèi)容和形式進(jìn)行了探討。提出以對(duì)支教實(shí)習(xí)師范生心理疏導(dǎo)和教育教學(xué)行為的引導(dǎo)為專業(yè)引領(lǐng)的主要內(nèi)容,依據(jù)實(shí)習(xí)具體開(kāi)展時(shí)間,遠(yuǎn)程教育引導(dǎo)內(nèi)容的側(cè)重點(diǎn)有所變化;主張支教師范生遠(yuǎn)程教育宜采取靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)相結(jié)合的方式展開(kāi)。
[Abstract]:Practice plays an important role in the enrichment and improvement of normal students' professional accomplishment and teaching ability. With the promotion of teaching practice policy, teaching practice has gradually become the main mode of education and teaching practice for normal school students. In this study, a distance education platform is put forward to guide the students of normal school, and the content and form of distance education are discussed. It is put forward that the main content of professional guidance is the guidance of psychological guidance and teaching behavior of students in teaching practice. According to the specific time of practice, the emphasis of the guiding content of distance education has been changed. It is suggested that distance education should be carried out by combining static and dynamic methods.
