【摘要】：當(dāng)今時(shí)代，文化軟實(shí)力在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域所起到的作用日益突出，并成為公眾認(rèn)同的衡量國(guó)家或地區(qū)發(fā)展水平及綜合實(shí)力的一個(gè)重要的指標(biāo)，文化軟實(shí)力的研究也日益成為一個(gè)新的理論熱點(diǎn)。文化軟實(shí)力在社會(huì)發(fā)展中的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域都起到了不可忽視的作用，它不但反映了一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)的精神文化風(fēng)貌，更突出體現(xiàn)了一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。大學(xué)對(duì)我國(guó)寶貴的文化資源起到了傳承與發(fā)展的作用，是一個(gè)國(guó)家的特殊文化場(chǎng)域。一流的大學(xué)為國(guó)家提供著源源不斷的精神動(dòng)力與文化支持，是一個(gè)民族文化發(fā)展的宏觀縮影。 民辦高校作為教育產(chǎn)業(yè)的一類特殊群體，其建校已日益趨于穩(wěn)定，對(duì)于我國(guó)教育事業(yè)更是起到了不可忽視的作用。以往在大家眼中，民辦高校僅重視物質(zhì)環(huán)境方面的建設(shè)，而時(shí)至今日，我國(guó)部分民辦本科高校早已完成了相關(guān)物質(zhì)建設(shè)，并將建設(shè)重點(diǎn)及核心投放到了文化建設(shè)上。但是我國(guó)民辦高校建校時(shí)間較短，缺乏深厚的歷史底蘊(yùn)，而且基于民辦高校的特殊性，并不能完全的將公立高校的文化建設(shè)模式照搬照抄，所以本文以研究民辦高校文化軟實(shí)力為切入點(diǎn)，通過構(gòu)建民辦高校文化軟實(shí)力評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系，，旨為進(jìn)一步的深挖民辦高校文化的建設(shè)方向提供參考范圍。文章梳理了建立民辦高校文化軟實(shí)力評(píng)估體系的理論與實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)，以此為依據(jù)，通過德菲爾法篩選出支撐評(píng)估體系的各個(gè)指標(biāo)，以文化凝聚力、文化創(chuàng)新力、文化輻射力、文化整合力、文化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力作為民辦高校文化軟實(shí)力的核心指標(biāo)，并根據(jù)層次分析法確定以上各指標(biāo)在整個(gè)評(píng)估體系中的權(quán)重，最后選用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法作為針對(duì)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系結(jié)果的考評(píng)方法最后形成用于對(duì)民辦高校文化軟實(shí)力評(píng)估的綜合評(píng)估表。
[Abstract]:In today's era, cultural soft power plays an increasingly important role in various fields of economy and society, and has become an important index to measure the development level and comprehensive strength of the country or region. The study of cultural soft power has become a new theoretical hotspot. The soft strength of culture is in all fields of social development. It plays an important role not only to be ignored. It not only reflects the cultural and cultural features of a country or region, but also highlights the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region. The university has played a role in the heritage and development of our valuable cultural resources and is a special cultural field of a country. The first-class universities provide the country with a source of origin. Breaking the spiritual drive and cultural support is a microcosm of the development of a national culture.
As a special group of the educational industry, the private colleges and universities have become more and more stable and have played an important role in our education. In the past, the private colleges and universities paid attention to the construction of the material environment, and some private colleges and universities in our country have already completed the related material construction. The construction key and core are put on the cultural construction. However, the time of construction of the private colleges and universities is short, the history is short, and the particularity of the private colleges and universities can not be completely copied. Therefore, this paper studies the cultural soft power of the private colleges and universities as the breakthrough point, through the construction of the cultural soft power of private colleges and universities, through the construction of the cultural soft power of private colleges and universities. Building the evaluation index system of cultural soft power of private colleges and universities, in order to provide a reference range for further digging the direction of the cultural construction of private colleges and universities. The article combed the theoretical and practical basis of establishing the evaluation system of cultural soft power of private colleges and universities. The cohesion, cultural innovation, cultural radiation, cultural integration and cultural competitiveness are the core indexes of the soft power of private colleges and universities. According to the analytic hierarchy process, the weight of the above indexes in the whole evaluation system is determined. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as the final evaluation method for the evaluation index system. A comprehensive evaluation form for evaluating the soft power of private colleges and universities.
