【摘要】：近十年來,隨著我國高等院校的不斷擴招,高等教育規(guī)模已經(jīng)從精英化教育發(fā)展為大眾化教育。高等教育擴招除了使辦學規(guī)模擴大,帶來的其他的結果也是不容樂觀的。其中,學生數(shù)量的擴大沒有對應的師資力量,沒有足夠的學習空間與學習資源,這些勢必會造成教學質量的下降。人才培養(yǎng)質量的下降又會阻礙整個國家的發(fā)展。因此,提高高等教育的辦學質量不僅可以穩(wěn)固高校的生命線,也可以促進整個國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。 要提高高等教育的辦學質量,建立健全的質量監(jiān)控與保障體系是必備的武器。教學質量監(jiān)控與保障體系由外部保障與內(nèi)部監(jiān)控組成。本文從高校內(nèi)部監(jiān)控出發(fā),首先介紹了選題依據(jù)及研究意義,綜述了國內(nèi)外高等教育監(jiān)控與保障體系的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對該課題相關理論進行了研究學習和分析。再對國內(nèi)外教學質量監(jiān)控與保障體系進行比較研究,分析出國外高等教育質量監(jiān)控與保障體系各自的特點,歸納出現(xiàn)階段我國高校質量監(jiān)控存在不足并提出改進意見和建議。在上述研究工作的基礎上,本文構建了學校、院系兩級的高校內(nèi)部監(jiān)控體系。以改進意見和建議為導向,建立高校本科教學質量監(jiān)控平臺,應用于對院系教學質量動態(tài)監(jiān)控,其中以網(wǎng)絡為技術平臺,以實時為運行特征,突顯服務功能。然后進行監(jiān)控平臺功能和性能需求分析,設計該系統(tǒng)的總體架構、功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)庫,并從數(shù)據(jù)庫安全和應用程序安全兩方面對系統(tǒng)的安全進行設計。在確定系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境后,詳細闡述了系統(tǒng)的核心模塊及其實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, with the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities, the scale of higher education has developed from elite education to popular education. In addition to the expansion of higher education scale, the other results are not optimistic. Among them, the expansion of the number of students does not have corresponding teachers, there is not enough learning space and learning resources, which will inevitably lead to the decline of teaching quality. The decline in the quality of talent training will hinder the development of the country as a whole. Therefore, improving the quality of higher education can not only stabilize the lifeline of higher education, but also promote the economic development of the whole country. To improve the quality of higher education, it is necessary to establish a sound quality control and guarantee system. Teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system consists of external guarantee and internal supervision. Starting from the internal monitoring of colleges and universities, this paper first introduces the basis and significance of the topic, summarizes the current research situation of the monitoring and security system of higher education at home and abroad, and studies and analyzes the relevant theories of this subject. Then the author makes a comparative study on the teaching quality control and guarantee system at home and abroad, analyzes the respective characteristics of the foreign higher education quality monitoring and guarantee system, sums up the deficiencies of the quality control system in China's colleges and universities at the present stage, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for improvement. On the basis of the above research work, this paper constructs the internal monitoring system of colleges and departments. Based on improving opinions and suggestions, this paper establishes a monitoring platform for undergraduate teaching quality in colleges and universities, which is applied to the dynamic monitoring of teaching quality in colleges and departments, in which the network is used as the technical platform and real-time as the running feature to highlight the service function. Then the function and performance requirements of the monitoring platform are analyzed, and the overall architecture, function module and database of the system are designed, and the security of the system is designed from the two aspects of database security and application security. After determining the development environment of the system, the core module and its implementation are described in detail.
