【摘要】：近年來，大學(xué)生的就業(yè)形勢日益嚴峻。如何把思想政治教育更好的融入到大學(xué)生就業(yè)中，發(fā)揮思想政治教育在大學(xué)生就業(yè)中的重要作用是擺在思想政治教育工作者眼前的重要課題。思想政治教育能夠幫助大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，幫助大學(xué)生樹立職業(yè)理想，引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生產(chǎn)生積極的就業(yè)心理。而思想政治教育要以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo)，是以對大學(xué)生心理特點的科學(xué)認識為前提。因此，我們有必要分析大學(xué)生的就業(yè)心理，尤其是不同專業(yè)大學(xué)生產(chǎn)生的不同的就業(yè)心理，從教育模式、原則、方法等方面提出加強和改進高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)心理健康教育從而有針對性的制定相應(yīng)的調(diào)適策略。 本文是基于對工科院校的工科專業(yè)、理科專業(yè)、文科專業(yè)以及主干專業(yè)的大學(xué)生的問卷調(diào)查，對相應(yīng)專業(yè)的大學(xué)生就業(yè)心理進行比較研究，從而提出有效的調(diào)適策略，旨在為當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的就業(yè)減輕心理負擔(dān)。文章首先對高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀尤其是不同專業(yè)門類的大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行闡述，以及對相應(yīng)研究領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進行闡述；其次，詳盡闡述了就業(yè)心理的含義及對大學(xué)生的重大意義；第三，在工科院校的不同專業(yè)的大學(xué)生中發(fā)放了調(diào)查問卷，通過對比研究，分別指出工科專業(yè)、理科專業(yè)、文科專業(yè)和主干專業(yè)的大學(xué)生產(chǎn)生的不同就業(yè)心理；最后，，通過深入研究，分別對不同專業(yè)門類大學(xué)生所產(chǎn)生的不同就業(yè)心理問題制定有針對性的、有效的調(diào)適策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment situation of college students is increasingly serious. How to better integrate the ideological and political education into the employment of college students and give play to the important role of ideological and political education in the employment of college students is an important subject in front of the ideological and political educators. Ideological and political education can help college students to cultivate correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, help college students to set up professional ideal, guide college students to produce positive psychology of employment. The ideological and political education should be guided by Marxism and be based on the scientific understanding of the psychological characteristics of college students. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the employment psychology of college students, especially the different employment psychology of different majors, from the educational model, principles, Methods: to strengthen and improve the employment mental health education of college graduates so as to formulate corresponding adjustment strategies. This paper is based on the questionnaire survey of students majoring in engineering, science, liberal arts and trunk majors in engineering colleges, and makes a comparative study on the employment psychology of students majoring in the corresponding majors, and then puts forward effective adjustment strategies. The aim is to lighten the psychological burden for the employment of contemporary college students. Firstly, this paper expounds the present employment situation of college students, especially the students with different specialties, as well as the research status at home and abroad in the corresponding research fields; secondly, The meaning of employment psychology and its significance to college students are expounded in detail. Thirdly, the questionnaire is distributed among the students of different majors in engineering colleges, and through comparative study, it is pointed out that engineering major and science major respectively. Finally, through the in-depth study, the different employment psychological problems produced by the students of different specialties and major majors have been worked out, and effective adjustment strategies have been made.
