【摘要】：當(dāng)今中國(guó),政府和社會(huì)充分重視教育,提倡“教育家辦學(xué)”,并在《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革與發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020)》中明文確定�？v觀我國(guó)大學(xué)教育,學(xué)者或行政官員一直是校長(zhǎng)的主力軍,但是效果不是很理想。大學(xué)需要教育家校長(zhǎng),教育家校長(zhǎng)治校成為一種熱切的訴求。可以說,大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)要成為教育家,不僅是大學(xué)發(fā)展的要求,也是整個(gè)時(shí)代發(fā)展的要求。 本論文將首先闡述大學(xué)教育家校長(zhǎng)的含義、特征,而后逐步分析大學(xué)教育家校長(zhǎng)生成的必要性、大學(xué)教育家校長(zhǎng)生成的可行性、大學(xué)教育家校長(zhǎng)生成的制約因素等相關(guān)問題,最后提出大學(xué)教育家校長(zhǎng)生成的現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑。希望對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的工作有所幫助,并為我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)教育家校長(zhǎng)治校提供支持。
[Abstract]:Nowadays in China, the government and society attach great importance to education and advocate "educator running school", which is clearly defined in the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020). Throughout China's university education, scholars or administrators have been the principal force of presidents, but the effect is not very ideal. The university needs the educator president, the educator president governs the school to become one kind of fervent appeal. It can be said that to become an educator, the university president is not only the requirement of the development of the university, but also the requirement of the development of the whole times. This paper will first explain the meaning and characteristics of the university educator president, and then gradually analyze the necessity of the university educator president generation, the feasibility of the university educator president generation, the restriction factors of the university educator president generation and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward the realistic path to the generation of university educationalist president. It is hoped that it will be helpful to the current work of university presidents and provide support for the realization of university educationalists in our country.
