【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)大眾化教育時(shí)代的到來,高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)形勢(shì)日趨嚴(yán)峻。獨(dú)立學(xué)院是為了滿足高等教育發(fā)展的需要而進(jìn)行的新的辦學(xué)模式的大膽嘗試,并受到廣泛關(guān)注。據(jù)調(diào)查顯示,我國(guó)已有300多所獨(dú)立學(xué)院,隨著獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生陸續(xù)走出校門,獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)困難已經(jīng)凸顯。而獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題直接關(guān)系到獨(dú)立學(xué)院的存亡和繼續(xù)發(fā)展,因此,充分了解獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,分析其就業(yè)困難背后深層次的原因,并尋求有效的解決途徑,就顯得極為重要。 本文以研究課題為方向設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷,以華中科技大學(xué)武昌分校為例,在畢業(yè)生當(dāng)中展開調(diào)查；問卷對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生在求職過程中存在的普遍問題設(shè)立了問題選項(xiàng),并對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,以挖掘現(xiàn)存的問題,最后通過分析探討問題背后的原因,并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策。 文章分三部分來研究： 第一部分分析了當(dāng)前獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀：就業(yè)總體形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,出現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾；就業(yè)期望與現(xiàn)實(shí)就業(yè)環(huán)境存在矛盾；畢業(yè)生綜合素質(zhì)與用人單位的需要存在矛盾。 第二部分主要是對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)困難背后原因的探究,明確指出獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)困難既有普通高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的共同原因,但是還有其自身的一些特殊原因,并對(duì)共同原因和特殊原因進(jìn)行分析。 第三部分,對(duì)如何解決獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)困難提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策：畢業(yè)生要認(rèn)清形勢(shì),轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,積極主動(dòng)就業(yè)；將就業(yè)工作貫穿于學(xué)校教育的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)和層面；完善就業(yè)政策,營(yíng)造良好的就業(yè)環(huán)境；充分發(fā)揮社會(huì)資本對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的促進(jìn)作用；借鑒國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)新思路。
[Abstract]:With the coming of mass education in our country, the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more serious. Independent colleges are bold attempts to meet the needs of the development of higher education. According to the survey, there are more than 300 independent colleges in China. The employment of independent college graduates is directly related to the survival and continued development of independent colleges. Therefore, we should fully understand the employment situation of independent college graduates and analyze the deep reasons behind their employment difficulties. And seek effective solution way, appear extremely important. This paper designs a questionnaire in the direction of research, and takes Wuchang Branch of Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example to conduct an investigation among the graduates. The results of the investigation are statistically analyzed in order to excavate the existing problems. Finally, the reasons behind the problems are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The article is divided into three parts: the first part analyzes the current employment situation of independent college graduates: the overall employment situation is grim, there are structural contradictions, employment expectations and real employment environment contradictions; There is a contradiction between the comprehensive quality of graduates and the needs of employers. The second part mainly explores the reasons behind the employment difficulties of the graduates of independent colleges, and points out clearly that the employment difficulties of the graduates of independent colleges are not only the common reasons of the employment difficulties of ordinary college students, but also some special reasons of their own. The common cause and special reason are analyzed. In the third part, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to solve the employment difficulties of the graduates of independent colleges: the graduates should recognize the situation, change their ideas, take the initiative to obtain employment actively, run the employment work through every link and level of the school education, perfect the employment policy, Create a good employment environment; give full play to the role of social capital to promote the employment of independent college graduates; learn from the experience of foreign countries to create a new way of employment of independent college graduates.
