【摘要】:在教學(xué)過(guò)程中,師生關(guān)系是最基本與最核心的人際關(guān)系。老師與學(xué)生之間關(guān)系是否良好,對(duì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)、教學(xué)質(zhì)量會(huì)產(chǎn)生最直接的影響。從古至今,人們對(duì)于師生間該是怎么樣的一種關(guān)系,一直存在著爭(zhēng)論。到現(xiàn)在,世界范圍內(nèi)和諧發(fā)展成為主題,那么師生關(guān)系在這個(gè)大環(huán)境中如何變化又成為了諸多學(xué)者爭(zhēng)論的話題。尤其是今天,人們對(duì)于師生關(guān)系的關(guān)注越來(lái)越多,將其做為了一個(gè)專門的領(lǐng)域來(lái)進(jìn)行研究。從古至今,在各種各樣的師生關(guān)系中,有些思想觀點(diǎn)是值得我們繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)的,有一些又確實(shí)應(yīng)該摒棄;诖,本文主要對(duì)從春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)開始至今的各個(gè)時(shí)代存在的不同的師生關(guān)系進(jìn)行梳理,并對(duì)今天社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)這個(gè)大環(huán)境下的師生關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出自己對(duì)于構(gòu)建和諧師生關(guān)系的一些觀點(diǎn),比如教師和學(xué)生思想的轉(zhuǎn)變,正確對(duì)待古今師生關(guān)系,正確看待時(shí)代精神與師生關(guān)系的關(guān)系等。
[Abstract]:In the process of teaching, teacher-student relationship is the most basic and core interpersonal relationship. Whether the relationship between teachers and students is good or not has the most direct influence on teaching activities and teaching quality. Since ancient times, there have been arguments about what kind of relationship between teachers and students should be. Up to now, harmonious development in the world has become the theme, so how to change the teacher-student relationship in this environment has become a controversial topic for many scholars. Especially today, people pay more and more attention to the relationship between teachers and students and study it as a special field. From ancient to present, in all kinds of teacher-student relations, some ideas are worth inheriting and developing, and some should be rejected. Based on this, this paper mainly combs the different teacher-student relations that exist in different times since the Spring and Autumn and warring States period, and studies the teacher-student relationship under the great environment of socialist market economy today, and on this basis, This paper puts forward some views on the construction of harmonious teacher-student relationship, such as the transformation of teachers' and students' thoughts, the correct treatment of the teacher-student relationship between ancient and modern times, and the relationship between the spirit of the times and the relationship between teachers and students, and so on.
