【摘要】:隨著保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展和國(guó)家對(duì)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)規(guī)范化的要求,我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、業(yè)務(wù)能力、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步。但與此同時(shí),詆毀同業(yè)、關(guān)系營(yíng)銷、糾纏營(yíng)銷、惡意隱瞞免責(zé)條款等短期行為也層出不窮,嚴(yán)重影響了保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)人員的行業(yè)信譽(yù),腐蝕著保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的社會(huì)聲譽(yù),并最終阻礙保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。因此,加強(qiáng)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)員工思想教育工作已經(jīng)成為一項(xiàng)關(guān)乎保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展的重大課題,是保證保險(xiǎn)業(yè)長(zhǎng)期健康持續(xù)發(fā)展的客觀需要。 傳統(tǒng)的員工思想政治教育和保險(xiǎn)員工教育各有偏重。前者注重對(duì)意識(shí)形態(tài)和道德情操的培養(yǎng),后者注重對(duì)員工忠誠(chéng)度、企業(yè)文化、職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)技能的培訓(xùn),兩者之間缺乏必要的銜接與融合,致使員工教育呆板功利,或缺乏鮮活的生命力或缺失必要的公眾責(zé)任。如何使國(guó)內(nèi)長(zhǎng)期進(jìn)行思想政治教育工作的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)煥發(fā)生機(jī),將傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育有效運(yùn)用于新時(shí)期的企業(yè)管理和員工教育中來,引起理論界的深入探討,從傳統(tǒng)文化、企業(yè)文化、企業(yè)管理、人力資源管理等多個(gè)角度重新審視和定義新時(shí)期員工思想政治教育的研究已經(jīng)取得了豐富的成果。思想政治教育工作發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在,已經(jīng)突破傳統(tǒng)的單一宣傳功能,發(fā)展了管理功能、經(jīng)濟(jì)功能和文化功能,成為以馬克思主義世界觀、人身觀、價(jià)值觀教育為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),以企業(yè)文化塑造為表現(xiàn)形式,以職業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)為實(shí)踐載體的有機(jī)整體。 本文以吉林省保險(xiǎn)員工的思想教育為研究對(duì)象,采取理論與實(shí)踐想結(jié)合的方法,遵循新時(shí)期員工思想教育研究所確定的一般原則,借鑒企業(yè)管理、人力資源管理理論中的合理要素,通過對(duì)吉林省保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)員工思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀的考察,分析員工思想教育工作在保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要意義,解讀保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)員工思想教育面臨的困境和原因,并在最后,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)、資金保障、考核評(píng)估、載體建設(shè)等方面探索構(gòu)筑保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)員工思想政治教育的基本框架。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the insurance industry and the national requirements for the standardization of the insurance industry, great progress has been made in the professional accomplishment, professional ability and competitive consciousness of the insurance practitioners in China. But at the same time, short-term behaviors such as denigration of the same industry, relationship marketing, entanglement marketing, malicious concealment of exemption clauses and other short-term behaviors also emerge in endlessly, which seriously affect the credibility of the insurance industry and erode the social reputation of the insurance industry. And ultimately hinder the healthy development of the insurance industry. Therefore, strengthening the ideological education of insurance employees has become a major issue related to the development of the insurance industry, which is the objective need to ensure the long-term healthy and sustainable development of the insurance industry. The traditional ideological and political education of employees and the education of insurance employees are biased. The former pays attention to the cultivation of ideology and moral sentiment, while the latter pays attention to the training of employee loyalty, corporate culture, professional ethics and vocational skills. The lack of necessary convergence and integration between the two causes the employee education to be rigid and utilitarian. Or lack of fresh vitality or lack of necessary public responsibility. How to enliven the rich experience of ideological and political education in China for a long time, and how to effectively apply traditional ideological and political education to the enterprise management and staff education in the new period, which has aroused the deep discussion in the theoretical circle, and from the traditional culture, The research of enterprise culture, enterprise management, human resource management and so on has made a lot of achievements in reexamining and defining the ideological and political education of employees in the new period. The development of ideological and political education has now broken through the traditional single function of propaganda, developed the functions of management, economy and culture, and has become dominated by the education of Marxist world outlook, personal view, and values. Taking corporate culture as expression form and vocational skill cultivation as practical carrier. This paper takes the ideological education of insurance employees in Jilin Province as the research object, adopts the method of combining theory with practice, and follows the general principles determined by the Institute of ideological Education of employees in the New period, and draws lessons from the management of enterprises. The reasonable elements in the theory of human resource management, through the investigation of the present situation of ideological and political education of employees in Jilin insurance system, the significance of the ideological education of employees in the development of insurance industry is analyzed. In the end, this paper explores the basic framework of ideological and political education in insurance industry from the aspects of organization structure, fund guarantee, assessment, carrier construction, and so on.
