【摘要】：當前創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)存在三大困境:認識滯后,導致創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)"起步難";制度缺失,管理缺位,導致創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)"行動難";資源不足,導致創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)"落實難";環(huán)境失調(diào),導致創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)"持續(xù)難"。應從多維度謀求創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)新突破的對策:提高師生對創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的認知力,保障創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)扎扎實實地邁出;創(chuàng)新大學制度,改革管理模式,形成有效激勵機制,提高創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的執(zhí)行力,促進創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)自覺開展;系統(tǒng)開發(fā)和優(yōu)化配置創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)資源,提高創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的實施力;培育創(chuàng)新人才成長環(huán)境,提高創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的持續(xù)力,保障創(chuàng)新人才持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, there are three predicaments in the cultivation of innovative talents: the lack of knowledge, which leads to the difficulty of starting up, the absence of system and the absence of management, which leads to the difficulty of training innovative talents in action, the shortage of resources, It leads to the difficulty of carrying out the cultivation of innovative talents, and the unbalance of environment leads to the continuous difficulty of training innovative talents. The countermeasures should be taken to find new breakthroughs in the cultivation of innovative talents from many aspects: to improve the cognitive ability of teachers and students to cultivate innovative talents, to guarantee the cultivation of innovative talents to take a solid step forward, to innovate the university system, to reform the management mode, and to form an effective incentive mechanism. To improve the executive ability of the cultivation of innovative talents, to promote the conscious development of the cultivation of innovative talents, to develop and optimize the resources for the cultivation of innovative talents, to enhance the implementing power of the cultivation of innovative talents, to cultivate the environment for the growth of innovative talents, To improve the sustainability of the training of innovative talents, to ensure the sustainable development of innovative talents.
