【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會,學(xué)分銀行建設(shè)作為實現(xiàn)終身學(xué)習(xí)重要舉措之一顯得日益重要。如何借鑒國際經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合本土實際,開展有效有序的學(xué)分銀行建設(shè)更是成為了我國時下的熱點話題。本文主要通過文獻分析法,采用"6W分析方法"對國際學(xué)分銀行建設(shè)的實踐情況進行系統(tǒng)化分析,并重點對學(xué)分銀行建設(shè)的三大核心內(nèi)容,即學(xué)習(xí)成果認證的層級指標(biāo)和規(guī)則,學(xué)分積累與轉(zhuǎn)換的規(guī)則和工具,以及學(xué)分銀行運營及組織架構(gòu)的典型實踐及研究予以剖析,研究不同層面的具體做法,以期為推動我國學(xué)分銀行建設(shè)提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, credit bank construction is becoming more and more important as one of the important measures to realize lifelong learning. How to use international experience for reference and combine with the local reality to carry out effective and orderly credit bank construction has become a hot topic in our country. This article mainly through the literature analysis method, uses the "6W analysis method" to carry on the systematic analysis to the international credit bank construction practice situation, and focuses on the three core contents of the credit bank construction, namely the learning achievement authentication level index and the rule. The rules and tools of credit accumulation and conversion, as well as the typical practice and research on the operation and organizational structure of credit banks, are analyzed, and the specific practices at different levels are studied in order to provide a useful reference for promoting the construction of credit banks in China.
