【摘要】：為推動(dòng)高等教育國(guó)際化,20世紀(jì)90年代初俄羅斯開始設(shè)立學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位,構(gòu)成學(xué)士、碩士、副博士和博士四級(jí)學(xué)位制度。博士、副博士學(xué)位的評(píng)定與授予工作由最高評(píng)定委員會(huì)和博士、副博士論文答辯委員會(huì)承擔(dān),碩士和學(xué)士學(xué)位的授予工作由各高校、科研院所組成的碩士、學(xué)士論文答辯委員會(huì)完成。俄羅斯學(xué)位管理中既延續(xù)了前蘇聯(lián)時(shí)期要求嚴(yán)、質(zhì)量高的傳統(tǒng),同時(shí)又表現(xiàn)出中央集權(quán)與高校自治協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一的時(shí)代感。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the internationalization of higher education, in the early 1990s Russia began to set up bachelor's and master's degrees, which constituted a system of bachelor's, master's, associate doctorate and doctorate. The evaluation and award of doctorates and associate doctorates shall be carried out by the Supreme Evaluation Committee and the doctorate, and the awarding of Master's and Bachelor's degrees shall be made up of master's degrees made up of institutions of higher learning and research institutes, Bachelor's thesis Respondent Committee completed. The management of Russian degree not only extends the tradition of strict demands and high quality in the former Soviet era, but also shows the sense of harmony and unity between centralization and autonomy of colleges and universities at the same time.
