大學生誠信品質培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:誠信是人們做人的基本道德規(guī)范和安身立命之本,是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德和社會主義道德建設的重點。誠信建設事關社會主義市場經濟的健康發(fā)展和公民道德素質的全面提升,對發(fā)展我國的文化軟實力和建設中華民族共有精神家園,無疑有著極為重要的意義和價值。 大學生的誠信品質狀況是整個社會誠信品質的“風向標”和“晴雨表”。他們的誠信品質不僅決定著其行為方式和行為結果,而且影響著集體和國家的誠信狀況。大學生的誠信品格并不是與身俱來的,需要通過學校培養(yǎng)、家庭教育、社會熏陶和自我修養(yǎng)鍛煉才能獲得。 為了更好地了解大學生誠信狀況,本論文在堅持正確導向的基礎上,選取湖南省4所普通高校(其中重點本科2所,一般本科2所)和4所職業(yè)院校(其中職業(yè)技術學院2所,技師學院2所)的大學生進行抽樣問卷調查和現(xiàn)場訪談,獲得了關于大學生誠信現(xiàn)狀的第一手材料,并由此概括出當今的大學生的誠信品質總體上存在對誠信問題認同的矛盾、對誠信品質范疇認定不清、選擇誠信品質時帶有明顯的功利主義傾向,誠信意識與行為存在不一致,把誠信品質缺失的原因歸結為外界因素等現(xiàn)象;與此同時對造成當今大學生誠信品質缺失的深層次的原因予以深刻分析,指出造成當今大學生誠信品質缺失的原因有學校誠信品質培養(yǎng)教育不當,家庭誠信教育缺失,自身要求不嚴,社會環(huán)境影響等因素。 針對大學生誠信品質缺失的現(xiàn)狀和原因,本論文提出了關于加強大學生誠信品質培養(yǎng)的應對措施與方法,即正確認識當今大學生誠信品質缺失的問題,從營造校園誠信氛圍,強化大學生誠信意識入手,改革高校誠信教育的內容,改革高校誠信教育的方式來加大對大學生誠信品質的培養(yǎng)力度;從構建大學生誠信度測評體系,建立完善的輿論監(jiān)督、懲罰機制,設立大學生個人誠信品質檔案,將大學生誠信檔案納入網絡化管理幾個方面來建立健全大學生誠信品質培養(yǎng)的制度體系;從發(fā)揮家庭教育在當今大學生誠信品質培養(yǎng)中的輔助作用入手來培育全社會的誠信道德文化,營造學校、家庭、社會相結合的誠信環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Honesty is the basic moral standard and foundation of people's life. It is the focus of Chinese traditional virtue and socialist moral construction. The construction of honesty is related to the healthy development of socialist market economy and the promotion of citizens' moral quality. It is undoubtedly of great significance and value to the development of our country's cultural soft power and the construction of the common spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation. The integrity quality of college students is the "weather vane" and "barometer" of the integrity quality of the whole society. Their integrity quality not only determines their behavior and results, but also affects the integrity of the collective and the country. The integrity character of college students does not come from their bodies. They can be acquired only through school cultivation, family education, social edification and self-cultivation. In order to better understand the integrity of college students, on the basis of adhering to the correct guidance, this paper selects 4 ordinary colleges and universities (2 key undergraduate courses and 2 general undergraduate courses) and 4 vocational colleges (2 vocational and technical colleges) in Hunan Province. Through sampling questionnaires and on-the-spot interviews, the college students obtained firsthand information about the status quo of college students' honesty and credit, and concluded that there is a contradiction in the integrity quality of today's college students. The category of credit quality is not clear, the choice of credit quality has obvious utilitarian tendency, the honesty consciousness and behavior are inconsistent, the reason of the lack of credit quality is attributed to external factors. At the same time, it makes a deep analysis of the deep reasons for the lack of honesty quality of college students today, and points out that the reasons for the loss of honesty quality of college students are the improper cultivation of honesty quality in schools and the lack of honesty education in families. Its own requirements are not strict, social environmental impact and other factors. In view of the present situation and reasons of college students' credit quality deficiency, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and methods to strengthen the cultivation of college students' credit quality, that is, to correctly understand the problem of college students' credit quality deficiency, and to create the atmosphere of campus honesty. Starting with strengthening college students' honesty consciousness, reforming the content of honesty education in colleges and universities, reforming the way of honesty education in colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation of college students' honesty and credit quality, to build up the evaluation system of college students' honesty and establish the perfect supervision of public opinion. Punishment mechanism, the establishment of college students personal integrity quality files, the integrity of college students into the network management of several aspects to establish and improve the integrity of college students to cultivate the quality of the system; In order to cultivate the moral culture of honesty and credit in the whole society, family education should be brought into play in the cultivation of college students' honesty and credit quality, and the environment of honesty and credit should be established by combining school, family and society.
