【摘要】：近年來，隨著信息、科技、文化等要素的快速發(fā)展，高校大學(xué)生的道德觀念和法律意識(shí)發(fā)生了諸多變化，受西方各種社會(huì)思潮、價(jià)值觀念、社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)和利益關(guān)系等因素影響，，大學(xué)生道德滑坡、違法犯罪現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生，大學(xué)生的心理和思想層面出現(xiàn)了諸多問題。因此，學(xué)術(shù)界對于大學(xué)生思想道德問題給予了長期的關(guān)注，回顧文獻(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)，以往的研究中關(guān)于高校思想道德教育問題方面的研究，或偏重德育，或偏重法制教育，德育與法制教育的脫節(jié)或銜接不夠，使得研究問題的深刻性不足，所提對策的操作性不強(qiáng)。筆者認(rèn)為，當(dāng)?shù)赖伦l責(zé)已經(jīng)不能阻止當(dāng)代大學(xué)生因道德缺失而做出的違法犯罪行為時(shí)，高校應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)法制教育與大學(xué)生思想道德教育的有機(jī)結(jié)合，使大學(xué)生通過對基本法律知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)來培養(yǎng)自己的法制觀念和法律素養(yǎng)，規(guī)范自己的道德行為，進(jìn)而提高自身思想道德修養(yǎng)。 本文從法制視野下的大學(xué)生思想道德問題研究的必要性與可行性出發(fā)，在對大學(xué)生思想道德現(xiàn)狀以及問題產(chǎn)生的原因深入分析后，給出了法制視野下加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想道德修養(yǎng)的途徑與方法。強(qiáng)調(diào)法制與道德的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一，把精神文明關(guān)于思想品德的要求轉(zhuǎn)化為一種行為習(xí)慣，把道德規(guī)范從法律的強(qiáng)制性約束轉(zhuǎn)化為自覺的道德修養(yǎng)，是改善大學(xué)生思想道德狀況的良策。 大學(xué)生作為民族的希望和祖國的未來，提高他們的道德素質(zhì)，對培養(yǎng)守法公民，建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國家和實(shí)施“依法治國”方略等方面具有重大的戰(zhàn)略意義，為中國特色社會(huì)主義法律體系的形成起到有力的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information, science and technology, culture and other elements, many changes have taken place in the moral and legal consciousness of college students, which are influenced by various social trends of thought, values, social structure and interest relations in the West. The moral decline of college students, the phenomenon of illegal crime occur from time to time, the psychological and ideological level of college students have many problems. Therefore, academic circles have paid a long attention to the ideological and moral problems of college students. Review the literature and find that the previous researches on the ideological and moral education in colleges and universities have focused on moral education, or on legal education. The disconnection between moral education and legal education is not enough, which makes the research problem deep enough, and the operation of the proposed countermeasures is not strong. The author believes that when moral condemnation can no longer prevent contemporary college students from committing illegal and criminal acts because of lack of morality, colleges and universities should strengthen the organic combination of legal education and ideological and moral education of college students. Through the study of basic legal knowledge, college students can cultivate their own legal concept and legal literacy, standardize their own moral behavior, and then improve their ideological and moral accomplishment. Starting from the necessity and feasibility of the research on the ideological and moral problems of college students under the legal system, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the present situation of college students' ideology and morality and the causes of the problems. This paper gives the ways and methods of strengthening the ideological and moral cultivation of college students from the perspective of legal system. Emphasizing the organic unity of the legal system and morality, transforming the requirements of spiritual civilization on ideological and moral character into a behavior habit, and transforming the moral standard from the compulsory restraint of the law into a conscious moral accomplishment, It is a good strategy to improve the ideological and moral situation of college students. The hope of college students as a nation and the future of the motherland, to improve their moral quality, is of great strategic significance in cultivating law-abiding citizens, building a socialist country ruled by law and implementing the strategy of "governing the country according to law". For the formation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics play a role in promoting.
