【摘要】:伴隨著科技進(jìn)步和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,創(chuàng)業(yè)備受社會(huì)關(guān)注。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)研究也逐漸成為教育和經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)研究問(wèn)題。盡管我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)及創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究還處于起步階段,但是大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的作用和潛藏著的巨大潛力已經(jīng)開始被學(xué)術(shù)界和社會(huì)所認(rèn)識(shí)。 本文在高等教育大眾化理論、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理論、學(xué)習(xí)理論以及杜威的做中學(xué)等理論基礎(chǔ)上,主要運(yùn)用個(gè)案研究方法分析大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)樣態(tài),揭示大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)模式,探討制約大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的共同因素,為提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率提出建設(shè)性建議。 全文共有五章,第一章是緒論,主要從研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究方案和概念界定這四個(gè)方面來(lái)闡述。第二章是本研究的理論基礎(chǔ),大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)樣態(tài)研究試圖通過(guò)高等教育大眾化理論、大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)理論和杜威教育的做中學(xué)理論來(lái)作為理論基礎(chǔ),分析和研究大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)樣態(tài)。第三章是大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)樣態(tài)調(diào)查,本文共呈現(xiàn)三種學(xué)習(xí)樣態(tài),模仿、探索、反思混合型,通過(guò)成功案例與失敗案例來(lái)呈現(xiàn)樣態(tài)和對(duì)樣態(tài)特點(diǎn)的分析。第四章是大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)樣態(tài)的多學(xué)科分析,主要從內(nèi)源因素與外源因素來(lái)分析。第五章結(jié)論與建議,通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)案例的呈現(xiàn)于分析提出本文的結(jié)論與建議。 研究結(jié)果表明,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)樣態(tài)豐富多樣,創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)樣態(tài)多為學(xué)習(xí)工作背景下自發(fā)產(chǎn)生的,在創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中的學(xué)習(xí)樣態(tài)受外源因素和內(nèi)源因素制約。高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育應(yīng)與專業(yè)教育有個(gè)合理的銜接。
[Abstract]:Along with the progress of science and technology and the development of market economy, entrepreneurship is concerned by the society. Entrepreneurship research of college students has gradually become a hot research issue in the fields of education, economy and management science. Although the research on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education of college students in China is still in its infancy, the role and potential of entrepreneurship of college students have begun to be recognized by academia and society. Based on the popular theory of higher education, entrepreneurship education theory, learning theory and Dewey's doing learning theory, this paper mainly uses the case study method to analyze the entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students. This paper reveals the entrepreneurial learning model of college students' entrepreneurs, probes into the common factors that restrict the success of college students' entrepreneurship, and puts forward constructive suggestions for improving the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship. There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly from the research significance, the domestic and foreign research summary, the research plan and the concept definition. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study. The study of entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students attempts to use the theory of popularization of higher education, the theory of college students' learning and the theory of Dewey's education as the theoretical basis. To analyze and study the entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students. The third chapter is the investigation of college students' learning patterns. This paper presents three kinds of learning patterns, imitation, exploration and reflection. The fourth chapter is the multi-disciplinary analysis of entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students, mainly from the internal and external factors. The fifth chapter puts forward the conclusions and suggestions of this paper through the analysis of the case of college students'entrepreneurship. The results show that the entrepreneurial learning patterns of college students are abundant and diverse, and the entrepreneurial learning patterns are generated spontaneously under the background of learning work, and the learning patterns in the process of entrepreneurship are restricted by exogenous and endogenous factors. Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should have a reasonable connection with professional education.
