【摘要】：現(xiàn)今時代,大學生尤其是貧困大學生的就業(yè)問題日益凸顯,各種社會問題和社會矛盾日漸尖銳�；谶@個大環(huán)境,深入研究并切實有效的解決我國貧困大學生在就業(yè)過程中存在的問題,對解決我國高等教育面臨的一個個十分緊迫而又十分重要的理論課題和現(xiàn)實課題而言是十分必要的。深入研究大學生尤其是貧困大學生的就業(yè)問題,不僅有利于穩(wěn)定我國的社會政治、有利于我國高等教育改革和發(fā)展目標的實現(xiàn)、更加有利于引導貧困大學生的成長成才以及全面發(fā)展、有利于完善貧困大學生的政策資助體系。 本文選擇這樣一個熱點話題作為研究對象,深入剖析。通過研究,分析新時期下貧困大學生形成的原因；在就業(yè)過程中會遇到哪些問題,有什么顯著的特點；哪些因素在貧困大學生就業(yè)的過程中發(fā)揮了主要的影響作用；針對這些因素,有的放矢,尋求切實有效的解決貧困大學生就業(yè)的途徑和方法。通過對貧困大學生就業(yè)問題的深入研究,促進大學生尤其是貧困大學生順利完成就業(yè),是保障廣大人民群眾根本利益的一件大事。 本文主要應用的研究方法是閱讀文獻法、調(diào)查研究法、系統(tǒng)歸納法等等。通過使用閱讀文獻法,大量收集國內(nèi)外研究學者在這一領域的研究成果、文獻、論文、專著等等,并對收集來的大量資料進行系統(tǒng)性的研究、篩選以及對比,從而歸納總結出當前的研究狀況,為論文的進一步研究開展奠定了堅實的理論基礎。并且在論文的撰寫過程中,要牢記“豐富的經(jīng)驗是理論創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展的源泉�！币虼�,除了利用文獻法將國內(nèi)外的先進經(jīng)驗進行總結之外,還要走訪近年來悉心工作在學生工作部門的老師,向他們吸取實際經(jīng)驗,進行深入的研究分析,總結出在現(xiàn)今時期貧困大學生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問題。此外,應當利用系統(tǒng)原理,將貧困大學生的就業(yè)問題所涉及到的方方面面看成一個有機整體進行考察,試圖尋求找到最佳的解決方案。 希望通過本篇論文的研究探討,可以為新時期下切實解決貧困大學生的就業(yè)問題提供可參考和借鑒的意見。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the employment problem of college students, especially poor college students, is increasingly prominent, and various social problems and social contradictions are becoming increasingly acute. Based on this general environment, in-depth research and effective solutions to the problems existing in the process of employment of impoverished college students in China, It is necessary to solve the urgent and important theoretical and practical problems facing our higher education. To study the employment problem of college students, especially poor college students, is not only conducive to stabilizing the social politics of our country, but also conducive to the realization of the reform and development goal of higher education in our country. It is more helpful to guide poor college students to grow up and develop in an all-round way, and to perfect the policy aid system of poor college students. This article chooses such a hot topic as the research object, deeply analyzes. Through the research, this paper analyzes the causes of the formation of impoverished college students in the new period, what problems they will encounter in the process of employment, what remarkable characteristics, which factors have played a major role in the process of employment of poor college students; Aiming at these factors, we seek effective ways and methods to solve the employment of poor college students. Through the in-depth study on the employment of poor college students, it is a great event to ensure the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people to promote the successful completion of employment for college students, especially for poor college students. The main research methods used in this paper are literature reading, investigation and research, systematic induction and so on. Through the use of the method of reading literature, a large number of domestic and foreign scholars in this field of research results, literature, papers, monographs, and so on, and the collection of a large number of materials for systematic research, screening and comparison, Thus, the current research situation is summarized, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for further research. And in the process of writing the paper, we should bear in mind that "rich experience is the source of theoretical innovation and development." Therefore, in addition to summing up advanced experience at home and abroad by using literature methods, we should also visit teachers who have worked diligently in student work departments in recent years to draw practical experience from them and conduct in-depth research and analysis. This paper summarizes the present employment situation of impoverished college students and its existing problems. In addition, the system principle should be used to examine the aspects of the employment of poor college students as an organic whole, and try to find the best solution. It is hoped that through the research and discussion of this paper, it can provide reference and reference for solving the employment problem of impoverished college students in the new period.
