【摘要】:創(chuàng)造力對(duì)于個(gè)體、社會(huì)和民族而言都具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。大學(xué)生是中國(guó)21世紀(jì)的建設(shè)者和生力軍,他們的創(chuàng)造意識(shí)、創(chuàng)造活動(dòng)和創(chuàng)造能力將直接關(guān)系到21世紀(jì)中國(guó)的發(fā)展與繁榮。因此,研究大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造力問題,為他們提供創(chuàng)造活動(dòng)的場(chǎng)所與途徑,培養(yǎng)他們的創(chuàng)造意識(shí)和創(chuàng)造能力,就具有極為重要的意義。 已有的研究結(jié)果表明,創(chuàng)造力不單純是由先天或環(huán)境決定的,還與后天的教育培養(yǎng)有著密切的關(guān)系。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),如何在學(xué)習(xí)中開發(fā)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造力已成為世界各國(guó)教育界共同關(guān)心的焦點(diǎn)課題。人們加大了教育改革的力度并采取了一系列措施,例如,許多國(guó)家紛紛在教學(xué)大綱及課程設(shè)置上突出創(chuàng)造教育的重要位置。然而,教育既有培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)造精神的力量,也有壓抑創(chuàng)造精神的力量。反思我國(guó)對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)造力的培養(yǎng)上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與不足,深感任重而道遠(yuǎn)。我們認(rèn)為,只有探明大學(xué)生創(chuàng)造力的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、創(chuàng)造力教育的現(xiàn)狀,激發(fā)大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,才有助于教育者依據(jù)創(chuàng)造力的發(fā)展規(guī)律、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)造力的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),提高大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)造意識(shí)和能力。 本研究選取了特定的人群,以調(diào)查問卷的形式展開,通過描述統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法得出結(jié)論,對(duì)影響大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣和創(chuàng)造力諸因素的權(quán)重做了分析。通過本課題研究,我們得出以下結(jié)論:大學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和創(chuàng)造力是可以培養(yǎng)的,針對(duì)目前我國(guó)教育存在的實(shí)際問題,提出了轉(zhuǎn)變教育觀念、優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新環(huán)境,豐富創(chuàng)造活動(dòng)等方面培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)造力的有效對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Creativity is of profound significance to the individual, the society and the nation. The college students are the builders and the forces of China in the twenty-first Century. Their creative consciousness, creative activity and creative ability will directly affect the development and prosperity of China in twenty-first Century. Therefore, it is necessary to study the creativity of College students and provide them with creative activities. The way to cultivate their creativity and creativity is of great importance.
The results of the research have shown that creativity is not only determined by innate or environmental, but also closely related to the education and training of the day after. In twenty-first Century, how to develop students' creativity in learning has become the focus of the world's educational circles. People have increased the strength of educational reform and adopted a series of efforts. Measures, for example, many countries have highlighted the important position of education in teaching syllabuses and curricula. However, education has both the power of cultivating creative spirit and the force of repressing the spirit of creativity. It is very hard to reflect on the experience and shortcomings of the cultivation of creativity of college students in our country. The characteristics of the development of creative creativity, the present situation of creativity education and the arousing the interest of college students can help the educator to develop the creativity of the college students according to the law of the development of creativity, and to improve the creative consciousness and ability of the college students.
In this study, we select a specific group of people, take the form of the questionnaire, and draw a conclusion through the descriptive statistics, and analyze the weight of the factors that affect the learning interest and creativity of the college students. Through this research, we draw the following conclusions: the study interest and creativity of the college students can be cultivated. The practical problems of education in China put forward effective countermeasures to cultivate students' creativity by changing educational concepts, optimizing the innovation environment and enriching creative activities.
