【摘要】:大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作是對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)發(fā)展水平和狀態(tài)的測(cè)量、分析和評(píng)價(jià),通過(guò)測(cè)評(píng),得出思想政治教育目標(biāo)的理想化狀態(tài)與實(shí)際狀態(tài)的差異,從而檢查與總結(jié)高校思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效性,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作,全面貫徹執(zhí)行黨的教育方針,全面提高大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì),促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)與全面發(fā)展。 大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作是大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的重要組成部分,是高校育人工作的一個(gè)有效手段和重要環(huán)節(jié)。高校對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)進(jìn)行科學(xué)的測(cè)評(píng),能夠客觀、真實(shí)地反映大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的狀況,從而促使高校自覺(jué)改進(jìn)思想政治教育工作的方法、內(nèi)容甚至目標(biāo)。我國(guó)部分高校在大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作上花了不少心思,投入了一定的精力。但是,從實(shí)際情況來(lái)看,各高校的測(cè)評(píng)工作參差不齊,大部分高校的大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作仍存在一些問(wèn)題,科學(xué)可行的工作體系并未建立,仍有進(jìn)一步研究的必要。 本研究通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、深度訪談,并結(jié)合自身的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和體會(huì),對(duì)當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作的具體情況有所了解。在歸納和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,看到當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作主要存在對(duì)測(cè)評(píng)工作的認(rèn)識(shí)不到位、測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)體系設(shè)置不科學(xué)、測(cè)評(píng)手段單一和方法不多、測(cè)評(píng)工作的功能發(fā)揮不到位等問(wèn)題。 論文主張把大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作作為高校思想政治教育不可分割的一部分加以重視,認(rèn)為馬克思主義哲學(xué)原理、教育評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)理論、比較學(xué)理論、計(jì)量學(xué)理論、信息管理學(xué)理論是大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作的理論基礎(chǔ)和來(lái)源,以這些理論為指導(dǎo)有利于對(duì)當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入的分析,并提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策。一是由于把測(cè)評(píng)工作目的簡(jiǎn)單化、重“智育”輕“德育”等因素造成人們對(duì)測(cè)評(píng)工作存在的認(rèn)識(shí)偏差問(wèn)題,本研究提出要加強(qiáng)宣傳,讓廣大師生了解并參與測(cè)評(píng)工作,引導(dǎo)廣大師生正確認(rèn)識(shí)測(cè)評(píng)工作,給予測(cè)評(píng)工作一定的政策傾斜。 二是由于指標(biāo)體系內(nèi)容具備復(fù)雜性、動(dòng)態(tài)性、難控性造成的指標(biāo)體系設(shè)置不科學(xué)問(wèn)題,本研究提出要把握測(cè)評(píng)指標(biāo)體系的整體性、掌握構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系的方法、科學(xué)把握指標(biāo)體系的動(dòng)態(tài)性、簡(jiǎn)約性、可測(cè)性。 三是由于測(cè)評(píng)工作專業(yè)性強(qiáng)、技術(shù)性高、內(nèi)容多等造成測(cè)評(píng)工作方式方法難以掌握問(wèn)題,本研究提出開(kāi)展測(cè)評(píng)工作應(yīng)注意定性評(píng)價(jià)和定量評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合、形成性評(píng)價(jià)和終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合、共性評(píng)價(jià)與個(gè)性評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合、自評(píng)與他評(píng)相結(jié)合的方法和手段。 四是由于高校工作人員的主觀原因和客觀原因造成測(cè)評(píng)工作的功能作用發(fā)揮不到位問(wèn)題,本研究提出要建立由高校為主導(dǎo)、社會(huì)各界與大學(xué)生個(gè)體參與的測(cè)評(píng)工作機(jī)制、建立測(cè)評(píng)工作的綜合保障機(jī)制、堅(jiān)持并靈活運(yùn)用測(cè)評(píng)工作的基本原則。 論文從思想政治和文化建設(shè)的高度把握大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向,提出加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作的相應(yīng)對(duì)策及注意問(wèn)題,將為大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)工作的有效開(kāi)展和實(shí)施提供一些有益的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The evaluation work of Ideological and political quality of college students is to measure the level and state of the development of Ideological and political quality of college students.
