【摘要】：老清華的政治學(xué)系在很短的時(shí)期里建成一流科系,其發(fā)展史是一個(gè)有典型意義的高等教育、尤其是社會(huì)科學(xué)科系在后發(fā)國(guó)家完成建制發(fā)展并取得輝煌成就的個(gè)案。通過(guò)對(duì)該系的師資結(jié)構(gòu)、課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方法、研究進(jìn)路等方面的制度安排進(jìn)行分析可見(jiàn),充裕的研究經(jīng)費(fèi)與圖書(shū)資料、與國(guó)際主流接軌的學(xué)科視野、立足本土問(wèn)題研究、研究路徑和教學(xué)方法的現(xiàn)代性是該系成功的關(guān)鍵所在。
[Abstract]:The political science department of the old Tsinghua University was built into a first-class department in a very short period of time. Its development history is a typical case of higher education, especially the social science department, which has completed the system development and made brilliant achievements in the developing countries. Through the analysis of the teacher structure, the curriculum, the teaching method, the research route and so on, it can be seen that there are abundant research funds and books and materials, a subject field of vision in line with the international mainstream, and a foothold in the study of local problems. The research path and the modernity of teaching methods are the key to the department's success.
