【摘要】：報(bào)考公務(wù)員是大學(xué)生的一種職業(yè)選擇,而且會(huì)給國(guó)家?guī)?lái)新的生機(jī)和活力。這本來(lái)是無(wú)可非議的。但主要的問(wèn)題是大學(xué)生報(bào)考公務(wù)員已成為近年來(lái)的趨勢(shì),且這一趨勢(shì)不斷在增長(zhǎng)。尤其是從2002年以來(lái),隨著我國(guó)高校每年畢業(yè)人數(shù)的增加和就業(yè)壓力的增大,使得大學(xué)生報(bào)考公務(wù)員的人數(shù)也越來(lái)越多。這么多的學(xué)生報(bào)考,并且報(bào)考的增長(zhǎng)速度如此之快,是該引起人們的重視了。 當(dāng)然,引起這一社會(huì)現(xiàn)象的原因是有很多的,但作為培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的基地,學(xué)校有責(zé)任和義務(wù)來(lái)思考一下其背后的原因。因此,本文主要就是從學(xué)校的角度出發(fā)來(lái)考慮其存在的一些問(wèn)題及緩解措施。首先,本篇文章通過(guò)對(duì)“大學(xué)生熱考公務(wù)員”產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,然后再?gòu)膶W(xué)校的角度來(lái)具體指出我國(guó)高校里存在的一些問(wèn)題。從而指出高校學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系方面存在的不足；學(xué)科門(mén)類和人才培養(yǎng)模式方面存在的問(wèn)題；以及教育價(jià)值取向和思想教育方面的問(wèn)題。最后,針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,從高校的角度出發(fā)再提出一些具體的緩解措施。第一,完善我國(guó)高校的學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系。第二,改進(jìn)我國(guó)高等教育的學(xué)科門(mén)類和人才培養(yǎng)模式。第三,學(xué)校應(yīng)樹(shù)立正確的教育價(jià)值取向。第四,高校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的思想教育工作。通過(guò)提出這一系列具體的緩解措施,希望能為我們的學(xué)校提供一點(diǎn)可借鑒的思路。從而更好地促進(jìn)高校的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Civil servant registration is a career choice for college students, and will bring new vitality and vitality to the country. This should have been beyond reproach. But the main problem is that college students apply for civil servants has become a trend in recent years, and this trend is increasing. Especially since 2002, with the increase of the number of graduates and the increasing pressure of employment, the number of college students applying for civil servants is increasing. So many students apply for the exam, and the growth rate is so fast, it is time to pay attention to it. Of course, there are many reasons for this social phenomenon, but as the base of cultivating college students, the school has the responsibility and duty to think about the reasons behind it. Therefore, this paper mainly from the school point of view to consider its existing problems and mitigation measures. First of all, this article analyzes the causes of "College students' hot examination for civil servants", and then points out some problems in our universities from the school perspective. This paper points out the shortcomings in the guidance system of college students' employment, the problems in the subject category and the training mode of talents, and the problems in the orientation of educational value and the ideological education. Finally, in view of these problems, from the point of view of colleges and universities to put forward some specific mitigation measures. First, improve the employment guidance system of Chinese colleges and universities. Second, improve the discipline of higher education and talent training model. Third, the school should set up the correct educational value orientation. Fourth, colleges and universities should strengthen the ideological education of college students. By putting forward a series of concrete mitigation measures, we hope to provide some ideas for our school. In order to better promote the development of colleges and universities, promote the employment of graduates.
