【摘要】：對(duì)大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展而言,大學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)是一項(xiàng)十分重要而又充滿紛爭(zhēng)的課題。落實(shí)《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》"教育需要關(guān)注學(xué)生不同特點(diǎn)和個(gè)性差異"的內(nèi)容,就要在大學(xué)生傳統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)與成長(zhǎng)評(píng)價(jià)的對(duì)比爭(zhēng)辯中,從"主客體中心之辯——評(píng)價(jià)者和被評(píng)價(jià)者誰(shuí)應(yīng)該是中心"、"結(jié)果過(guò)程之辯——終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià)與形成性評(píng)價(jià)誰(shuí)優(yōu)秀"等方面認(rèn)真把握大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)評(píng)價(jià)的要義,從而用成長(zhǎng)評(píng)價(jià)的方法引導(dǎo)和激勵(lì)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In terms of the growth and development of college students, the evaluation of college students is a very important and controversial topic. The content of the implementation of the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020 years) > "education needs to pay attention to the differences in characteristics and personality of students" should be in the contrast between the traditional evaluation and the evaluation of the growth of the university students. From "the argument of the center of the subject and the object - the evaluator and the evaluator who should be the center", "the argument of the result process - the finality evaluation and the formative evaluation who is excellent", we should grasp the important meaning of the college students' growth evaluation so as to guide and encourage the growth and development of the students by the method of growth evaluation.
