高校德育社會(huì)化實(shí)踐模式研究

【摘要】:高校德育社會(huì)化是近幾年來(lái)我國(guó)德育理論界研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一,也是高校德育研究與實(shí)踐探索較薄弱的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。高校德育社會(huì)化是全社會(huì)的系統(tǒng)工程,是高校德育與其周?chē)h(huán)境相互聯(lián)系、密切合作、交互滲透的雙向過(guò)程,高校德育社會(huì)化的實(shí)現(xiàn)必須以空間上諸多個(gè)體的共同活動(dòng)和時(shí)間上諸多個(gè)體的連續(xù)活動(dòng)為條件。因此,構(gòu)建以高校為主導(dǎo),家庭為依托,,學(xué)生積極參與,整合全社會(huì)資源與力量,形成學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)、學(xué)生“四位一體”,大、中、小學(xué)承接遞進(jìn),全員育人、全過(guò)程育人、全方位育人、全面素質(zhì)育人的社會(huì)化德育體系是實(shí)現(xiàn)高校德育與大學(xué)生社會(huì)化的有效實(shí)踐模式。 本文主要從理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)兩個(gè)層面來(lái)探究構(gòu)建高校德育社會(huì)化實(shí)踐模式。首先,從解讀高校德育社會(huì)化實(shí)踐模式及其構(gòu)成要素入手,通過(guò)對(duì)高校德育社會(huì)化涵義與實(shí)踐模式涵義的解讀,概括界定出高校德育社會(huì)化實(shí)踐模式的內(nèi)涵,并明確構(gòu)成高校德育社會(huì)化實(shí)踐模式的構(gòu)成要素。其次,研究高校德育社會(huì)化實(shí)踐發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及其成因,全面概括高校德育社會(huì)化實(shí)踐發(fā)展的成果以及發(fā)展過(guò)程中的主要問(wèn)題,明確指出制約高校德育社會(huì)化實(shí)踐的原因,為之后的模式構(gòu)建做好鋪墊。最后,從理論上探究了高校德育社會(huì)化的外部與內(nèi)部實(shí)現(xiàn)條件,還從可操作層面,構(gòu)建了以高校為主導(dǎo),整合全社會(huì)的資源和力量,形成高校德育與社會(huì)、家庭相互滲透、相互作用的系統(tǒng)工程的實(shí)踐模式。
[Abstract]:The socialization of moral education in colleges and universities is one of the hot issues in the theoretical circle of moral education in China in recent years, and it is also a weak link in the research and practice of moral education in colleges and universities. The socialization of moral education in colleges and universities is a systematic project of the whole society and a two-way process of mutual connection, close cooperation and mutual penetration between moral education in colleges and universities and its surrounding environment. The realization of the socialization of moral education in colleges and universities must be conditioned by the common activities of many individuals in space and the continuous activities of many individuals in time. Therefore, the construction takes the university as the leading, the family as the support, the student participates actively, integrates the whole society resources and the strength, forms the school, the family, the society, the student "four in one", the big, the middle school, the primary school undertakes the progress, the entire staff educates the person, The socialized moral education system of whole process, all-round education and all-round quality education is an effective practical mode to realize the socialization of college moral education and college students. This paper probes into the construction of socialized practice mode of moral education in colleges and universities from two aspects of theory and reality. First of all, starting with the interpretation of the practical mode and its constituent elements of the socialization of moral education in colleges and universities, through the interpretation of the meaning of the socialization of moral education in colleges and universities and the meaning of the practical mode, the connotation of the practical mode of socialization of moral education in colleges and universities is And make clear the constituent elements of the practical mode of moral education socialization in colleges and universities. Secondly, this paper studies the present situation and causes of the development of moral education socialization practice in colleges and universities, summarizes the achievements of the development of moral education socialization practice and the main problems in the development process, and points out the reasons that restrict the moral education socialization practice in colleges and universities. For the subsequent construction of the model to do a good job. Finally, the paper theoretically explores the external and internal conditions of socialization of moral education in colleges and universities, and constructs the resources and strength of the whole society, which is dominated by colleges and universities, and integrates the resources and forces of the whole society to form the mutual penetration of moral education and society in colleges and universities, and the mutual penetration of families from the operational level.
