常春藤盟校工程科技人才創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)模式探究

【摘要】:工程科技人才創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)已經(jīng)成為美國(guó)高等工程教育的焦點(diǎn)之一。借助于雄厚的綜合實(shí)力特別是跨學(xué)科培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),常春藤盟校創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃旨在培養(yǎng)新一代工程創(chuàng)業(yè)者和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。通過(guò)分析常春藤盟校工程科技人才創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃的培養(yǎng)愿景、主要特征和實(shí)施的保障條件,本文認(rèn)為,我國(guó)綜合性大學(xué)開(kāi)展類(lèi)似人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃應(yīng)該從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育氛圍、培養(yǎng)模式、教學(xué)方法、師資、產(chǎn)業(yè)界支持等方面努力。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of engineering talents has become one of the focal points of American higher engineering education. With the help of strong comprehensive strength, especially the advantage of interdisciplinary training, Ivy League School Entrepreneurship training Program aims to cultivate a new generation of engineering entrepreneurs and leaders. Based on the analysis of the cultivation vision, main characteristics and the guarantee conditions of the training plan for engineering science and technology talents in Ivy League universities, this paper holds that the development of similar talents training programs in Chinese comprehensive universities should be carried out from the atmosphere of entrepreneurship education. Training model, teaching methods, teachers, industry support and other aspects of efforts.
