【摘要】：激勵是思想政治教育工作中的重要方法之一，在改革開放和社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的新形勢下，，高校思想政治教育工作面臨著許多新的變化和新的問題，如何科學(xué)的運用激勵理論，充分發(fā)揮高校思想政治教育的激勵效應(yīng)，是實現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育工作目標(biāo)的重要保證。高校思想政治教育工作的關(guān)鍵就是要有效地調(diào)動師生的積極性，科學(xué)運用激勵理論是調(diào)動師生學(xué)習(xí)、工作和生活積極性的主要手段，是提高高校政工隊伍、教師隊伍和大學(xué)生群體綜合索質(zhì)的有力杠桿。 本文從激勵和思想政治激勵理論概述入手，著重論述思想政治教育激勵理論的含義特征和作用，分析了當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵中存在的問題，如大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵的時機(jī)任意，對大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵的方法單一，激勵過程片面等同時也指出了其產(chǎn)生的原因，如激勵的認(rèn)識存在誤區(qū)，對學(xué)生的特點把握存在不偏差等，著重就如何科學(xué)實施、切實加強高校學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵作了比較深入的探討。如提高教育主體運用激勵的理念和健全高校激勵的長效機(jī)制。強調(diào)實施高校學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵應(yīng)堅持系統(tǒng)化原則，差異化原則，公平原則，科學(xué)運用目標(biāo)激勵法，競爭激勵法，獎懲激勵法，情感激勵法等方法。只有這樣，才能充分發(fā)揮高校學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵的作用，調(diào)動和激發(fā)大學(xué)生的積極性和創(chuàng)造性，努力把自己培養(yǎng)成為社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人。
[Abstract]:Encouragement is one of the important methods in ideological and political education. Under the new situation of reform and opening up and socialist market economy, ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing many new changes and problems. Giving full play to the incentive effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important guarantee to realize the goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The key to ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to effectively arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and students. The scientific application of incentive theory is the main means of arousing the enthusiasm of teachers and students in learning, working and living, and it is also to improve the contingent of political workers in colleges and universities. The powerful leverage of teachers and college students. This paper begins with an overview of the motivation theory of ideological and political education, emphasizes on the characteristics and functions of the motivation theory of ideological and political education, and analyzes the problems existing in the motivation of ideological and political education for college students. Such as the opportunity of college students' ideological and political education is arbitrary, the method of the college students' ideological and political education is single, the incentive process is one-sided, and the reasons are pointed out, such as the misunderstanding of the cognition of the motivation. There is no deviation in grasping the characteristics of students, and how to carry out it scientifically and strengthen the motivation of ideological and political education of college students are discussed in detail. For example, to improve the concept of education subject to use incentives and improve the long-term mechanism of incentives in colleges and universities. It is emphasized that the system principle, the difference principle, the fair principle, the scientific application of the objective incentive method, the competition incentive method, the reward and punishment incentive method, the emotion incentive method and so on should be adhered to in the implementation of the college students' ideological and political education. Only in this way can we give full play to the role of the ideological and political education of college students, arouse and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of college students, and strive to cultivate themselves as builders and successors of the socialist cause.
